It was finished in 2 hours when the advisor recommended a wheel alignment which he estimated would take 35 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes I might suggest that Rusty Wallis have a maintenance division like Sports City Toyota which turns around an oil change in 20 minutes. I was not very happy to say the least with the service and hope corrective measures will be taken. My e-mail is incorrect on the invoice so I will not get the performance evaluation survey. The front desk sent be back to the service div to have it corrected. I did not want to deal with them at this time. More

I am a new customer I bought my last two Hondas at another local dealership. When I went there a month ago for a warranty issue, I was disappointed in the service. The difference was like night and day! Every single person I talked with--from the Asst. Service guy (can't remember your name, but you were awesome!), to Tony, to the shuttle driver, to the two ladies at the Cashier desk (who couldn't find the ticket, but never got flustered and tried about 6 different ways to get what I needed,) to the young man who retrieved my car--every single person was TRULY OUTSTANDING. Seriously, this was THE BEST service experience I have ever had (and I'm old :). I will be giving this car to my daughter and buying a new one, probably within the year. Sorry other dealership. You just lost a customer. I'll be back to Rusty Wallis. Thanks again. More

I have worked consistently with Steve Hartwig and other advisors through the years including Travis Porter and Jeff Peterson. I trust the advisors and I go to Rusty Wallis for ALL my car maintenance. I bought a new 2012 Honda Accord from Rusty Wallis and I got a great deal. This is my 11th year with Rusty Wallis and I am very pleased to have a reliable and dedicated service shop for my Honda cars. I have high standards and an excellent rating is hard to attain, however compared to another shop I am sure Rusty Wallis is excellent. More

Both have customer service skills that are exemplary! Truly these two guys are a real asset to Rusty's dealership. They've earned the "title" that customers like most of all, that of friend, "customers trust then" and know that they are getting the best service possible.
