Very Fast Service Visit I bought my Honda CRV from Rusty Wallis in December of 2011 and was very disappointed at the level of service I received my first three visits there. But it seems like there have been some amazing changes within their service department. I bought my car in for the 15K service and was greeted. very quickly by Steve who took my needed information and within seconds my car was in a service bay and the entire service took less than an hour. Price for the services were very reasonable. More

Rusty a wallis customer for 17 years I brought my 2015 Accord in for its first oil change and was promptly greeted by Jeff Peterson. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was ready (i I brought my 2015 Accord in for its first oil change and was promptly greeted by Jeff Peterson. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was ready (including a car wash) in under an hour. Jeff gave me recommendations regarding my next service visit and was very courteous and helpful. I live closer to other dealers, but the good sales and service experiences I've had at Rusty Wallis are the reasons I've been a customer since 1998. More
Quick & Experience I had a break light out. I didn't have a schedule appointment at Rusty Wallis, but Travis Porter was able to get in quickly. To my surprise I was tol I had a break light out. Car Repair/Customer Service I was so lucky to Steve as my service advisor. He was really nice and kept me informed of the status of my car. I thought I had major problems but t I was so lucky to Steve as my service advisor. He was really nice and kept me informed of the status of my car. I thought I had major problems but turned out it was really just a minor issue and they fixed it and now I am really to roll on down the road.. I will definitely be using them again for my service on my 2010 Honda Fit, and when the time arrives, I will be purchasing a new car from them again. We find that depreciation is one of the major costs of car ownership and by keeping a vehicle in pristine condition, Honda's last forever. We use full synthetic oil and adhere to all of the service guidelines, and are rewarded with a 2005 Pilot that is absolutely reliable and one that many mistake for new, We find the tean at Rusty Wallis Honda easy to work with. DO NOT GO THERE! !! Although I bought my car from them, and I am happy with it, I do not want to go for service anymore! The service is just OVERPRICE!! they charge y !! Although I bought my car from them, and I am happy with it, I do not want to go for service anymore! The service is just OVERPRICE!! they charge you AS MUCH AS they can with no reason. For instance, they charged me $110 for fixing a wire which was hanging out! $110 labor cost for 5 seconds job!! They say the first two oil changes is free, of course they do not charge you $40 for oil but instead they charge you $80 for checking the tires, $100 for changing the brakes!! This is ridiculous, if you go somewhere else you can change your oil with $50. Do not let free oil change and free car wash that they offer fool you!! More
