A brand new car! I had to go the dealership due to an airbag recall on my 2012 Accord. While it was being serviced for that and a couple more things that had been ping I had to go the dealership due to an airbag recall on my 2012 Accord. While it was being serviced for that and a couple more things that had been pinged during the all-points inspection, I decided to look around the dealership and see the new lines. I had received several emails/mail in regards to my Accord but I had always been one who would drive a car for years until it gives up the ghost and really had no interest beyond speculation. I met with Jessie Rodriguez while looking at the Accords and took a gander at the Civic's. Then I went to see what was available in the pre-owned, talking with a very nice gentleman, B., discussing options. By that time I figured my car was almost done being fixed and went back to the service area. After getting my car, I thought to swing by the pre-owned area again, to look around again - and couldn't! Someone was leaving the same time I was trying to enter, so I backed up and went up to the new car sales. There I met Laquetta, who had called me earlier in the week regarding my car. I looked, we discussed and, biting the bullet, had them run my credit score. I really wasn't expecting much and for them to tell me to go back to the front of dealership where the pre-owned cars are and try my luck there. To my utter shock they wanted to work with me, with what I could pay and both Laquetta and her co-worker, Bill, seemed to be going through flaming hoops in order to get me in a new car. I really thought it would fall through at the last moment, so imagine the stunned look on my face as I was signing the forms for a new vehicle, fresh off the lot. Laquetta was there every step of the process, from the start of a handshake to the very end when I was transferring my belongings from my 2012 Accord to the 2017 Civic. She even helped me set up the bluetooth connection instead of me fumbling my way through it. She was engaging and personable, always making sure I was comfortable through every step of the process, both physically and emotionally. I really didn't go there to buy a new car but I never felt pressured or trapped at a dealership; I could have walked at any point and not given the guilt trip. Oh, did I mention this is my first brand new car? Brand new, with that new car smell, with less than 50 miles on the odometer? And my Accord will become a Certified Pre-Owned car that someone with a lower credit score can purchase and drive. More
Customer satisfaction Don't usually write reviews but since I feel like I have been wronged in this situation, I am writing one now. Took my van in for a 'free recall'. When called 3 hours later and told it was ready, I arrived to pick it up. When it was brought to me, all the dash lights were on and the vehicle would not move. Somehow, both the alternator and battery were not working and needed to be replaced. Nothing was mentioned when I was called that they had found a problem but was totally blindsided when I got there. When I questioned how this could have happened, I was told basically that these things happen and how fortunate that it happened while it was there. I do know that things can happen and also know that accidents can happen as well. I truly believe that during their 'free multi point' inspection, that something did happen to cause the problems. Right now it is my word against theirs and I'm finding out that my word doesn't mean anything. Love my van but Honda has definitely lost a customer over this. More

Friday (yesterday) my "Check Tire Pressure" warning came on, and I drove to Rusty Wallis at a busy, crowded time. When Rich Starr heard why I'd come in, he waved me around the service lanes into the garage proper; I didn't need to get out of the van. The tire pressure was taken care of, and Rich guided me out and showed me how to get back to the street. This all took about 15 minutes -- all transacted in friendly, reassuring tones. A great relief and a great experience. More

They never once offered to give me a rental. I'm at Rusty Wallis again with the same problem. They knew I was annoyed with them and still I'm here for 4 hours.
