Oil Change While the wait was long for a Tuesday morning I didn't really mind because you guys have wifi and provide coffee and snacks. I worked on some stuff on my laptop while I waited outside- very nice weather too. You guys should definitely have an express section where the customers dont have to wait over 30 minutes for something quick such as oil change. Also I notice John Eagle Honda- which is where I bought my car from, always has coupons online. I think you guys should definitely work on adding some coupons on the website. John Eagle Honda was charging me $45 for an oil change without the coupon. With you guys I paid $47 with a coupon. My overall experience was great! Im always treated very well and never have anything to complain but definitely wanted to throw some suggestions. I've been and will continue servicing with you guys because of the great customer service but would like for my suggestions to be considered, thank you! More

We left it there and they concluded that the hood had not been attached properly after we had taken it to an oil change place. We picked up the pilot that afternoon and everyone we came in contact with was very professional. More
