The woman was rude that was at the desk, she was very irritated and brushed off a lot of my questions., she acted like I was bothering her and she was just trying to get me out of the way. Also my car had a tire pressure fault I told her to have them look at besides the issue with the battery. They didn’t address the tire pressure issue. The lights still on. She was almost to the point of being disrespectful the way she acted. More

This is not my first but will definitely be my last time doing business with Rusty Wallis Honda. I went in for the oil change / tire rotation and part of service is the car wash / vacuum. I expressed to th doing business with Rusty Wallis Honda. I went in for the oil change / tire rotation and part of service is the car wash / vacuum. I expressed to the lead which he also brought out the higher manager about the scratch on my car that wasn't there before. Jason (Lead) took my car back a second time to see if it would come off saying it looked like bird poop. When he came back he said nothing further to me passed the keys to the higher up manager that walked out with me this time stating the washer is made of felt and there's no way it scratched it but he buffed out what he could to help me. I now go sit in my car to see that hmmm my car was not vacuumed although there was nothing to keep this from being done. I go back in and at this time Jason has someone come up to take my car to do this. I'm frustrated and speak to higher manager again about everything which he agrees yes you shouldn't have to say anything for service to be done that's included. He also has nothing further to say as far as my time being undervalued or taking anything off due to this. He agreed there was nothing further to say. Cool I get in my car and take off to further realize I'll be damned the person that so called vacuumed only did the front well. I now know that in addition to this I'm glad it happened as I was in the market for a new car within the next few months. This let me know not to send any more of my hard earned obviously non appreciated money to this business. I'll definitely be searching for someone that appreciates the customers and the time and money spent doing what's right. More
