I am always surprised when I spend close to twice what I planned when I do business with a dealer. Just a comment. More

Great service I received very good service from Mike. He made it feel personal by meeting me himself when I brought the car in, helping me get my 3 car seats instal I received very good service from Mike. He made it feel personal by meeting me himself when I brought the car in, helping me get my 3 car seats installed in the shuttle van, and even giving my boys little hot wheels. The service was cheaper than going to an oil change place, too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had an appointment for 9am & the service was only going to take 2-3 hours. When I called at 1pm to check if it was ready they hadn't started yet. I don't know the situation in the shop, but from my perspective I don't know why a 9am appointment is made if you can't get to it til hours later. Timing is tight for a mom with 3 kids under 3 when you're navigating naps, nursing and so on. But I am definitely going back and asking for Mike for my oil changes and recommend this dealer to others. I just hope for a quicker turnaround next time. More
