Visit to service department Wanted to get the oil changed. Lisha luckily noticed the battery was going bad. Unfortunately, it was about 2 months out of warranty. Anyway, with Lisha's help, I was able to purchase a new battery at a pro-rated charge. Now in that area, I have peace of mind. Lisa was helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for such an excellent service professional. Also a technican helped us connect the windshield washer water line. He was fabulous as well. I'm hoping Lisha can furnish his name. Jeff Peterson has always been my go-to service professional and has provided constant EXTRAORDINARY, caring and helpful service but I understand they are splitting the services. Now I will have two REMARKABLE service professionals helping me! More

Service Above and Beyond! While on vacation, and driving back from Nashville, Tennessee to my new home in Gallup, New Mexico I lost the LED portion of the right headlight on my While on vacation, and driving back from Nashville, Tennessee to my new home in Gallup, New Mexico I lost the LED portion of the right headlight on my Honda Accord Coupe. I drove to the dealership, where I purchased and have had my Accord serviced. Greg Fine met me in the Service Department lane, smiled, introduced himself, took all of the pertinent information regarding my vehicle and said to me, " I'll do my best to have you on the road as soon as possible, but they might not be able to complete the repairs today, and maybe tomorrow would be a better option." I explained my situation, the distance and time factors involved in returning to New Mexico and asked for the best that he could do, understanding it might be an overnight stay for me. He took my Accord to the service bay and I settled into the lounge to await the outcome. He continued to check on me from time to time, to insure I was as comfortable as the circumstances allowed. True to his word, he did do his best and my repairs were completed prior to the dealership closing that evening. I would say, I was back on the road in record time with all work completed and minimal delay to my vacation travels. I've enjoyed my car and relationship with Rusty Wallis Honda since purchasing the car new in 2016. They have always come through for me, and the dealership is extremely fortunate to have the caliber and dedication of staff members like Greg Fine in their organization. It's rare to have such quality and honest efforts representing the Wallis Honda Dealerships! Thank you, for all you do and the way you do it. More
Last minute oil change! I called at 4:30 pm on a Friday and asked if they were slammed. I was instructed to come on in. I authorized the repairs and was out of the shop in under 2 hours. Great experience. More
