I felt my service advisor was very condescending and disregarded my concerns. She was more concerned with about validating herself then understanding how a customer may feel about have major work done o disregarded my concerns. Also, my second problem with this car (2024 model) was totally disregarded because they could not get it to "duplicate". I think this person needs more training in communication, especially in dealing with women. More
I would like to take a moment to commend James Rice at the Rusty Wallis dealership on Shilo Rd. I was getting my car serviced there this morning and I overheard a conversation between James Rice and a cus the Rusty Wallis dealership on Shilo Rd. I was getting my car serviced there this morning and I overheard a conversation between James Rice and a customer. His appearance, manner and decorum were outstanding! He was attending to an elderly woman who just got her car serviced. I was impressed how he took the time to explain the significance of the inspection of her car, item by item, which all items needed little immediate attention, but he did advise her of a nail in the side of one of her of her new tires which she purchased elsewhere. He said the tire is filled and is not currently leaking and it should safely get her to the place where she purchased it as it would probably be under warranty. He said to tell them that if they have any questions regarding this tire, he would be available to help. When she was leaving, he opened all doors and helped her to her car. People like this should be rewarded for their extra efforts and the way in which they genuinely CARE for people. I hope this note finds its way to management and that JAMES RICE is reward and recognized accordingly. More
