From start to finish, my service experience was excellent. The service department was clean, the personnel were friendly, free coffee and bottled water was available, the service took exactly as lo excellent. I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly serviceman (J.Reyes). In a courteous manner he asked my reason for the visit.While he was do I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly serviceman (J.Reyes). In a courteous manner he asked my reason for the visit.While he was doing this another serviceman was checking my battery. I was advised of an estimated cost for the service and given an estimated time it would take to do the work. I was then directed to the waiting room. It was a large well lighted and very clean area. The room room had T.V. and Internet Service and was well stocked with current magazines and newspapers. A roving room attendant invited us several times during my wait to enjoy free coffee, hot tea or bottled water and snacks. The work was completed a short time before the estimated promised time, Mr. Reyes went over the service bill with me, asked if I had any questions and then walked me to the cashier. She pleasantly accepted my payment, stapled a copy of my receipt to the service invoice and called for my car. Incidently, the charges were a few dollars less than the estimate. I WENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND SHOW EARL THE DAMAGE EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WANT TO FIX THE ALL DAMAGE AND POINT WITH MY HAND, GOT THE ESTIMATE WENT BACK LATER TO FIXED AND SHOW HIM AGAIN POINTING WITH M EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WANT TO FIX THE ALL DAMAGE AND POINT WITH MY HAND, GOT THE ESTIMATE WENT BACK LATER TO FIXED AND SHOW HIM AGAIN POINTING WITH MY HANDS THE DAMAGE, WHEN I WENT TO PICK MY CAR ONLY PART OF THE DAMAGE WAS FIX, ASK EARL WHY THEY FIX ONLY PART AND HE SAID THAT BECAUSE I WAS PAYING AND WANT TO GO CHIP THAT'S WHAT THEY FIX, TALK TO JAMES HIGDON AND GOT THE SAME ANSWER THAT UNLESS I PAY MORE THEY WONT FIX MY CAR, I FEEL THE ESTIMATE WAS JUST A TRICK TO TAKE ADVANTAGE, I WILL NOT RECOMEND HONDA FOR ANY SERVICE, I FEEL THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN MY CAR WAS NOT PROFESIONAL DONE. Rusty Wallis' body shop is the best. Every time my car has been involved in an accident I have taken it to Rusty Wallis. If I call to check on my car, he always tells me exactly what its status is. There is never a doubt about the quality because it is always done right the first time. If a problem does arise, they will stand behind their work. I know because I was hit in the rear in 2006 and a lot of damage was done to the rear of my car. When my trunk leaked during really heavy rain, they immediately solved my problem while I waited. They replaced a seal in the back window. I have dealt with Rusty Wallis since 1986 and know their body shop is the best. My only suggestion is that you are now the best kept secret. I knew Rusty Wallis' body shop was moving to the area where your service department was before you moved to the Shiloh location, but people driving on Northwest Highway may not know that. You need to improve your visual appearance to let the world know where you are. I lived in Garland for years before moving, if I had not been there when you planned to make the change, I would have been confused. Let the world know where you are. You owe it to your hard working employees. More
I went to Rusty Wallis with a broken A/C in my CRV. I was greeted with a smile by Marcus Bond before getting out of my car. He was very friendly during the ride and helped us out of the van when we arrived at our home. Marcus called later on to let me know that the entire A/C unit had to be replaced. He thoroughly explained what had happened and what needed to be done. He went over the price with me and then explained how he'd gotten Honda to help with some of the expense. He arranged for my car to be fixed and let me use a loaner car for the day. When my car was ready, Marcus called. When I returned to the dealership, he walked me through the check out process, warranty and asked if I had any questions. He was friendly and smiled the entire time. He helped me not feel bad about what could've been a very stressful situation! My car was returned and everything worked perfectly. They even washed my car for me! I will definitely return to Rusty Wallis for further service! More
