I told my husband as soon as we get there they're going to change the price. Kevin comes out and ask us are we ready to have fun and I look at my husband like here we go. Kevin, then look at me and said you don't like dealerships do you, I told him no, hate them. He told me I would change my mind by the time we were done. On the test drive he laughed and talked and we opened up alot to him, he told us the hard part was over. We asked what was hard about that,he said you liked the car. I told him no we still have to work numbers, he said I gave you the numbers on the internet. Now we did buy the adds at a very fair price, we signed the paper he took us to finance and we were done. If you ever go to Rusty Wallis ask for Kevin he is the greatest. We are going to get another car from him. Like he said he the MAN. More
I came in with less than an hour to closing and they still were able to get it done and to my satisfaction. It didn't take very long to get it completed. I brough tmy Element in for an oil change late in the day. You all were pretty backed up, and it usually just takes an hour to do, but my service guy still got me out of there within an hour and a half. day. Initially I had gone in for my 30K mile maintenance, but the tech working on my car found that a previous dealership had not noticed my two back tires were worn out and needed to be replaced. This was due to the lower control on them were too short, which was covered under warranty, however my tires were not covered. Initially, I was skeptical, but they said there should have been a loud noise coming from the back of my car. I have had a few people notice that, but I always thought it was because it was a civic and they always were loud. Apparently, the noise slowly got louder over time, so I really didn't notice a difference. After repair, I noticed a MAJOR difference in the noise, especially on the highway! Thank you to the technician at Rusty Wallis! However, I do think the tires should have been covered as well since I regularly take my car on time for its maintenance and oil changes. This should have been picked up a long time ago by the other dealership. More
I was actually rather disappointed with Rusty Wallis this time around. I don't live too far from them but not all that close, but I would actually make the drive to go to them. Their customer service level is not as good as it once was. It was okay; I was just not impressed. They also raised their prices, which whomever I called on the phone gave me the wrong price. Then they told me that my car was ready and didn't bring it around. I had to ask twice to have it brought around. Then I drove away and looked up and they never put the oil change sticker on the window (this is not the first time that has happened either), so I had to drive back to get that taken care of. Again I wouldn't say it was terrible service, it just wasn't good or great. It was okay. But I don't know that I would go back for an oil change. More

Rusty Wallis Honda Employees have great customer service. Recently, I brought my Odyssey in for a problem dealing with the airbag icon on the dash. I was really anxious because I just knew that it would ta Recently, I brought my Odyssey in for a problem dealing with the airbag icon on the dash. I was really anxious because I just knew that it would take all day and cost an arm & a leg. A friend had the same problem and it cost her several hundred dollars to get her van fixed. This was not the case @ Rusty Wallis. I called Mr. Davis, and he told me to bring my van right in to get it checked out. Within 30 minutes I had arrived and Mr. Davis had pulled my vehicle information to include the extended warranty. My van was examined during the promised time frame and I was given the news. I was so relieved when he told me that it was covered under the warranty. The part was ordered. Within days - Mr. Davis called me to bring my van back in to have the needed repair completed. Mr. Davis told me I could bring my van in that exact day. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was able to enjoyed the rest of my day off. I really appreciate everyone's warm smiles and courteous attitude. During a time when great customer service seems to be fading like a thing of the past, Rusty Wallis Honda is keeping it alive! From start to finish, my service experience was excellent. The service department was clean, the personnel were friendly, free coffee and bottled water was available, the service took exactly as lo excellent. The service department was clean, the personnel were friendly, free coffee and bottled water was available, the service took exactly as long as they said it would, they washed my car after finishing the oil change and tire rotation, and honored the coupon that I presented.
