The Internet Sales Manager was highly responsive to emails and phone calls and overall was very helpful. We negotiated what I felt was a fair deal and when I came to pick up the car I noticed that the floor mats were missing. I had noted this during the test drive and was assured they would be provided. When I pointed out that they were still missing the sales guy assured me they had been ordered and would be sent to my home. More than a week went by and no floor mats had arrived. I emailed the sales guy and got no response for several days. I emailed him again and got a response saying he had been out of town but had received the mats and was mailing them that afternoon or the following morning. After another week and no mats I emailed him again and again went several days without a response. At this point I called the sales manager who told me that the mats had never been ordered at all, apologized profusely and assured me that HE PERSONALLY was going to take care of it and would call to let me know the status. I gave him a full 24 hours and then called to see what he had been able to find out. He said he was right in the middle of something but would call me back within the hour. He never called back. I called him the next day and asked what made it so difficult to return a phone call. He said he was "too busy" and had asked someone else to call me for him. If that's even true he clearly never followed up with that person to make sure I had been taken care of. Finally, today, after way too many emails and calls from me he called me to say the mats had been shipped. Now, I fully realize that floor mats aren't that big of a deal. It's not about the floor mats. It's about the fact that these guys bent over backwards to sell me a car, and then treated me like a nobody from the moment I drove it off the lot. They can talk all they want about treating customers like family but if that's the case they must come from some royally dysfunctional upbringing. More

When I returned Monday night, December 14, Derrick Turner took care of me in Eric Lucy's absence. I test drove the car, discussed options, and decided to buy the vehicle. Went through the financing process with Chris McIntosh and he made my decisions very easy for me...well explained and thorough. I walked out that night with a new vehicle in about 2 hours time. More
First off let me start off by saying the car is great (2010 Honda Civic Si). Customer service was great also. The dealer was very curteous and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured. Our contacts with this Honda store have been really good from the first date of purchase with Dave DuBois to two recent service visits. Our red Honda CR-V is a joy to drive andd the few things we've had to see about were taken care of with knowlegable and capable people. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the mechanic who did some recent work on the car, but he knew what he needed to do and it was done in a timely way. We really have no complaints and we LOVE that the car is returned washed!! Prices are as reasonable as they're going to get in these days and we are fully satisfied with the service. The waiting area is clean, hot, fresh coffee is ready and the donuts are good, if you get there in time! We appreciate your good work. Flo and Dan Philips More

She is the best car salesperson that I have ever worked with. I have personally purchased and/or been primarily involved in purchases of at least 10 diferent end, was one of the best of my vehicle buying years. I have personally purchased and/or been primarily involved in purchases of at least 10 diferent cars/trucks through various dealerships. And, the staff at Rusty Wallace has been the best. The salesmen and managers worked well together at finding the exact car I was looking for; and they used the exact method of price negotiations that I prefer - haggle-free, straight forward, no game-playing or back-and-forth trips to the "Desk". They sincerely put forth an extensive effort to research and search their inventory, while listening closely (and remembering) the criteria that I outlined for them. There was NO pushiness of trying to get me to look at or change my preferences to certain cars. I could tell that the employees there truly enjoyed working together, and were not hesitant to help each other out in the effort of making their customers feel comfortable and confident. The great customer service did not stop after my signing the papers either. They continue to make sure that I am happy with my purchase, helping me resolve minor picks and nits that I find in/on my pre-owned Accord, which is in even better condition than I had hoped. Overall the experience was wonderful, and continues to be excellent - They receive my highest recommendations. I plan on sending all my local friends there for their vehicle needs. Richard More
