I was very happy with my experience at Rusty Wallis. This is the first car I have purchased without the help of my parents. Omar was very friendly and NEVER pushy. Upon walking in the door at Rusty Wallis Honda I was greeted with very approachable and helpful staff. I purchased a 2010 Polished metal metallic Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6, black interior without navigation and was pleased to find the exact car I had been looking for right on the lot. Rusty Wallis was the 4th Honda dealership I visited and the only one that I was able to find the car I had been looking for. Other dealerships had told me they would "try their hardest to find the car I wanted" and Rusty Wallis was the only dealership that told me if they didn't have it, they would find it. Chris Irwin was the salesman that helped me with my purchase. Being my first brand new car purchase, I felt like Chris was extremely helpful and not too pushy like many others at other dealerships had been. I have a good credit score but not a lengthy credit history given my age. I am a recent college graduate & Chris helped me finance my car without a cosigner through the college grad program Honda has. Every other dealership told me they wouldn't be able to get me in a car without a cosigner and no one else ever mentioned the college grad program. I was very pleased overall with my experience at Rusty Wallis. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. The only area that I did not rate "Great" was the pricing area. Rusty Wallis gave me a fair price, the only thing I was not impressed with was the Apr rates Honda currently offers for the Accord Coupe, this is something the actual dealership is not at fault for. I understand I do not qualify for top tier credit rates yet, but my parents do and inquired about reducing my monthly payment & were told they wouldn't be able to get any lower than I did alone. Every other vehicle I looked into purchasing had anywhere from 2-6.99% less interest rates. More

The first time we purchased from the dealership we had some problems with credit scores due to a divorce(ex spouse was given responsibility in decree but debt was in my name)and they actually took this into consideration and were able to give us a good deal anyway(no other dealerships would even consider working with us). We have never considered going anywhere else, I have never enjoyed the back and forth "haggling" of buying a car, but at Rusty Wallis we just go in and get what we want, sign the papers and GO, this time they actually went farther than expected to find the color and options we wanted and it is very much appreciated .
