Mark Johnson was very attentive to my conditions and worked within them. Though my wife was a harder sell, he was reverent and professional at all times. There is a Honda dealership within five miles of my home, however, when it is time to trade in my CRV, I'll, again, drive the 22 miles to Rusty Wallis, as well as for routine maintenance. The dealership sales floor was well organized and inviting. The staff were friendly. But, there was one thing that stood head-and-shoulders above all, it was that all of the sales staff attended to the needs of all the customers. It didn't matter whether he or she was my salesperson. That, I found to be unique to this dealership. We were offered refreshments and shown the location of the restrooms to a fault. The two hours we spent didn't feel laborious, but fun. I recommend Rusty Wallis to all. More
Doug was a great salesperson, he showed me all the features of the car and was patient in working with me on a price that fit my budget. I was referred by a stranger driving a CRV. Jeff Bushard kept in touch by e-mail and it was a pleasure to meet him. He was very helpful in understanding the car and navi system. The dealership was able to accept my trade and keep my payments down to where Iwanted them to. I first spoke with Chris McIntosh when I called the 800 # for Rusty Wallis. Even though it was late in the day (right before they closed) he was very polite, answered my questions and listened. I called Chris the next day and he took my application over the phone. I knew I'd have some credit challenges but again, he listened and was very understanding. We had set an appt for that evening for me to come look at cars and he assigned Boris Rekhlis as my sales consultant. Boris is the best! He was very patient, kind and understanding. I test drove both the Accord sedan and the Accord coupe. The next day, I got a call from Felton Jones in the finance dept and he had good news - I had been approved! So I made an appt to come in later that day. Again, Boris was very patient while I looked at the Accord sedans again -- looking at several different cars -- to be sure I would be happy with the car and the color I chose. Felton then made the finance process very easy. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful! From start to finish - this was a great experience. My overall experience was good! Although I had a some problems along the way during my purchase, Jim Beeson did everything possible to make sure I was satisified with the outcome!
