Lee was the best seller I have worked with. He was the reason that I stuck with your dealership after visiting many others. I had researched vehicles for two weeks, and felt forced to make a decision about a warranty right then. Had no chance to come home and find out more about what to do. Came VERY close to leaving the dealership at that point. I left the dealership feeling very uneasy because of this. Chris explained everything to me, but after already being at the dealership for 4 hours I wasn't thinking clearly. Now I wish I would have left, done some homework on financing/warranty, then come back the next day to possibly purchase the car. When I recommend Rusty Wallis to friends this is what I will tell them to do. **After I purchased the car, the next morning I had an email from Brandon Rodenhaver, Rusty Wallis Internet Sales Manager, offering me 0% interest, a $500.00 Visa gift card, and FREE 7 year 100,000 mile warranty with a new purchase through December 6. I called the dealership and wanted to receive these "perks" and was told that I couldn't have them. This was unfair to me, and it made me not have as much faith in Rusty Wallis Honda. These offers SHOULD BE applied to my purchase. Lee is the reason I might recommend your dealership. If I had received these offers then I would for sure pass your name on to folks that I know are looking to buy. Receiving these offers would restore my faith in Rusty Wallis Honda. More
Visited the Rusty Wallis twice. The first visit was horrible. The random sales person who was talking to us disappeared and never reappeared. As we were pulling out of our parking spot a different sales person gave us his business card. We threw it away. Our second visit was better, but after test driving the car, the sales pitch started. I only wanted to test drive cars and had made it absolutely clear to the salesman. The price they finally presented me with was at Edmonds Invoice, but I was disappointed in their sales tactics. I contacted their internet group about an internet price, but only received one message from Ron Wilkin asking what car I wanted, he never provided a price. A week later I bought a new car somewhere else for much less money with NO hassle. More

My personal experience at Rusty Wallis was not but outstanding. Upon arriving on the lot I was greeted by a young man by the name of Anthony Perry. Mr. Perry, worked along side of me until the sale outstanding. Upon arriving on the lot I was greeted by a young man by the name of Anthony Perry. Mr. Perry, worked along side of me until the sale was complete. In addition, I learned that Mr. Perry was new on the job; therefore, he was paired up with Mr. Brain Jackson. Not only were were given the guaranteed price listed on the website but they gave us an great counter-offer (Possibly a great end of the month incentive) Ryan Cannon was very, very nice and we had a very enjoyable experience, probably the best we have ever had. We took the car for a test drive and thereafter closed, without haggling like most places do, or pulling spec sheets of dealer installed crap on a trade in like most places do. They were courteous and pleasantly recommended area restaurants given that we were out of town. Even after the car's battery malfunctioned (likely due to manufacturer defect)they offered to replace it for free even when they didn't have to. Adam the finance manager was awesome. We went in there with a pre-approved offer from a bank and he countered the offer with a comparable Honda finance rate. He also offered after sales service on the extended plans for our new Honda. We were intending to pay the car off in a year so sadly couldn't take him up on the offer, but felt none the less that he was a great steward for both Honda and Rusty Wallis by creating awareness of the availability of peace of mind solutions for customers. There was absolutely no hassle and nary the excessive pressure to close on their Honda financing and even agreed to have us sleep over it. Yous guys are doing a great job, and I would fly halfway across the country to buy from them. Its that good, the resason why they have the Honda president's award and a 4.8 out of 5 rating (5 after my rating?). More

The online email exchanges were prompt. We felt that he did not BS. The experience played a big part in the purchase. Usually we are not those who buy the car on the spot. Buy the ease that we were made to feel, we pursued ourselves to make the deal. I highly recommend working with Jim. He is your go to guy - A good man. More

Our 1991 Honda had 7/2010 For those of you wondering if the reputation for Honda vehicles are true when it come to longevity, I will attest to that. Our 1991 Honda had over 300,000 miles on it and it was still going when we got the aircheck voucher for it. I would highly recommend Rusty Wallis Honda, Brandon Rodenhaver, Chris and Adam were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! when we get ready for our next Honda we will definitely be going to Rusty Wallis Honda. These people made our car buying experience wonderful. More
