This is the second car I have bought from Rusty Wallis. Both times, I went to David McDavid Honda of Irving first. And Paul Sisk is a very enjoyable sales representative. It is hard to find someone like him in the car industry. Amir in the finance department was there 3 years ago when I bought my first car. My wife and I bought a used car from this dealership last week. We were told by the salesman Kirk that before we picked up the car he would put some gas in it and clean it. But alas, when we came to pi last week. We were told by the salesman Kirk that before we picked up the car he would put some gas in it and clean it. But alas, when we came to pick it up the next day, it was neither clean nor had gas been put in it. Instead it was on empty and the backseat was littered with cheerios and chocolate stains. So kirk didn't follow through and instead of explain why, he just acted like he never said anything and handed us the keys. It wouldn't have mattered if he hadn't said that he would clean the car and put gas in it, but he did. We wouldn't have expected a thing from him otherwise. Moreover he failed to mention to us that the car's ebrake was broken, and that the car had tire locks and he didn't have the key. In fact,I don't think Kirk or anyone at the dealership bothered to look at the car prior to selling. Sure my wife and I bought the car as is but we would have at least liked to know these things beforehand. Now I can't put new tires on the car until I can find a wheel lock key, and because they're bald this means I can't safely drive the vehicle I just bought. To make things worse, when my wife called to explain what happened, the guy on the phone (jared I believe) was condescending and didn't have any sympathy. He offered us some gas and vaguely talked about getting someone to clean it, but we don't want to deal with these people anymore. Would you? Frankly, it's not worth the drive through traffic to get back up there. In conclusion, I don't recommend this dealership when you're looking to purchase a car, unless you want to be left in the dark about what you're buying with that hard earned money, as well as lied to. More
We were attended to in a timely manner during every phase of communication and contact. The explanation of warranty option took longer than expected, but it was worth hearing about it- Mr Wallis explained ev of communication and contact. During the e-communication process, all questions were answered promptly and accurately by Mr Lucy, and nothing promised was not delivered- we got everything we expected. This was the best deal we found in town by several thousand dollars, and we were very happy with the process. Would highly recommend this dealership to a friend or family. More
