I am a returning customer ti Rusty Wallis Honda. We keep coming back because the customer service is great. Both times we have visitied the dealership we walked away with a brand new car. The only NEGATIVE thing I can say about Honda is they add too many extra's to all the cars on the lot forcing people to buy things that they would normally would not waste money on. I'm not 100% convinced that they even put the fabric protector on the seats. O know that they do this so when the negotiations start they can come down 2,000 and not lose any money. I guess it's smart if you don't know that is what they are doing. More
