The day I visited was cold and raining. Bernard, Jr. was standing out side waiting for a customer. He was very professional and helpful. I had a great experience with Paul as my salesman. My husband and I had to bring our 8 month old daughter with us to the dealership and he was very helpful and worked quickly to meet our needs. When there was a mistake with the vehicle that we intended to purchase, Paul worked quickly literally running around, breaking a sweat trying to rectify the situation. The entire process was made easier by the fact that we had contacted Paul via the internet and pretty much agreed on a price before we even set foot on the lot. This was the BEST decision that my husband and I made. We knew what to expect and there was not a whole lot of stress involved. I love my car and felt good about the experience. Thanks! More

I've been hearing the horror stories of pushy sales people and underhanded tactics that some car dealers use for as long as I can remember. This was my first car purchase, and I was lucky to work with some very kind and helpful folks, and get a very good deal on a beautiful cherry red 2010 Fit Sport. Dealing with me as a first time buyer, they weren't condescending or misleading. I have to say, though, what impressed me the most was their flexibility and how readily they would jump at the chance to be helpful. I had a very tight budget buying this car, and working payments into what I could afford was simple and straightforward. I only held a permit when I bought this car, not a full license, which presented some problems in getting the car back home. Mr. Paul Sisk was unbelievably helpful in this. He and another very nice salesman named James drove the car back to my apartment as soon as I could accept it and surprised me with it at the door! They stayed around and walked me through the car and its quirks and workings, from the radio to the seat levers and tire tools. I also worked with Mr. Amir (whose last name I wish I could recall) in financial, who was super friendly and very helpful. Don't hesitate to work with these guys, they're real pros! More
I had my doubts at first but Paul and Jim proved themselves to be friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. They provided great customer service. All of my questions were answered. I did not sense impatience, Paul even took the time to get my iPhone synchronized with the car. He was very knowledgeable about the CRZ. We were not kept waiting for long throughout the entire experience at Rusty Wallis (unlike Lute Riley). Usually when I buy a new car I would find a way to remove the dealership branding on the back of the car (such as the Carmax sticker), but in Rusty Wallis's case I will keep it as a kudos to the great customer service I received. I drove into the dealership to just investigate the CRV - EXL. I had no intention of purchasing that day as I owned a 2008 Honda Fit. I loved my fit and it was in excellent condition but I was wanting someth EXL. I had no intention of purchasing that day as I owned a 2008 Honda Fit. I loved my fit and it was in excellent condition but I was wanting something a bit larger and more comfortable. Paul approached me asking if I needed help. I gave him a bag of my groceries to keep cold while we searched for what I was looking for. Strange as the request was he kindly placed my food in the employee break room fridge. LOL Paul listened intently to whay I was looking for and quickly took me over the the floor model. After looking it over Paul suggested a test drive. Upon returning we went to look at the inventory on hand. I immediately saw the one I wanted and we went in to discuss. The transaction was so smoothe and pleasant I drove out with the brand new CRV-EXL.
