I detest the whole car-buying process so I kind of start in "anxiety" mode. I've been a Honda owner for 25 years, but since they're great cars, I keep them for a long time. My last car purchase was over 10 years ago, but I was 90% certain I wanted another Honda Accord. Kerry approached me as I drove up and we continued that initial contact through purchase. Kerry was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, patient, kind, and attentive. He followed up with phone calls and written notes. While I was working with the finance office, Kerry set my radio to several stations he'd discovered through our conversations that I liked, as he also did with the satellite radio. He stayed with me after the deal was completed to set up the bluetooth also and to test it to assure it was working. And he reviewed the console buttons and their use. I appreciate those attentions to detail. Overall, my experience was a positive one, though given the reliability of the Accord, I don't expect to repeat it for many years (smile). More

I had a great experience, but was not given the best deal. I was referred by a family member of Rusty Wallis and would have expected a better deal. But overall, I was pleased with the experience. My wife and I came to the dealership knowing what we wanted. We chose the 2011 Honda Accord because of its dependability and it was just what we needed. During our visit to buy a car, we were very pleased with the service received. The salesman Syed Abidi was very professional and did an excellent job showing and explaining all aspects of our new Honda Accord EX. He is very knowledgeable and described the features of the car quite well. We enjoyed the test drive and how well we were treated by the dealership. Adam in the financing dept was very professional and explained everything to us. He was friendly and we enjoyed our visit with him. Our overall experience with Rusty Wallis Honda was excellent. More
I enjoyed dealing with these folks at Rusty Wallis. Their follow-up is great and friendly at the same time. Price on the car was competitive and to my liking. Options in the lot are great too. They do not provide any kind of dealer warranty at all (you have to purchase one). Lute Riley, Ray Huffines and several other dealerships in DFW metro provide 30 day, 90 day dealer warranties at no cost which can come very handy on the used ones so that you do not run into the risk of car breakdown soon after leaving dealership and no coverage at all. 2. The price advertised on the internet (cars.com) was lower than the physical tag on the car. They refused to honor the internet price, even though I showed the ad, stating that they had to pay for dent removal and paint touch up. So expect surprises when you visit dealership. I was too tired to argue at this point and paid the negotiated price based on tag. More
