I honestly can say that there isnt anything I would have changed about the whole process we went through to get me into the car. I wished every car buying experience I have had in the past could have been as easy and stress free as this one. I am not exaggerating when I say that I didnt even have to step on the dealership floor to get the BEST customer service ever. I was in the market for Honda CRV and received an internet quote from Eric Lucy. He gave me the internet price as $21,475. I repeatedly ask him is that price $21,475 included all the fees and extra internet quote from Eric Lucy. He gave me the internet price as $21,475. He confirmed with me that the internet prices include all fees and extra charged that dealer added on. I ask him for the drive out price for the vehicle. He told me to do the calculation myself. All I have to do is $21,475 + TT&L. I asked how much is the TT&L? he said 6.25% + $350. So I ask him again just to clarify that there is no hidden fees and extra charges right? He said Yes. I even did the calculation for the drive out price $21,475 + 6.25% + $350 = $23,167.19 (total drive out price). He said YES. Come on in and see me. Since we both agree on the drive out price. I went to the dealership to purchase the car. GUESS WHAT???? He told me NO that price is not included the destination fee and extra added options. I WAS SO UPSET!!! I even have all the emails that we communicated back and for. I spoke with the manager. I forgot his name. He was rude basically kicked me out. He won’t honor the price Eric quoted me. BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!! I’ll never consider this dealership ever again for anything. Please be careful everyone BUNCH OF LIARS and WASTED MY TIME!!!!!!!!!! More

I have never owned a Honda but my husband has always raved about how good the Honda the years and it was time for me to look into buying a new car. I like to lease because in 2 to 3 years I'm ready for something new. I LOVE my new Honda Accord and will get another Honda when my lease is up. More
