We were new to purchasing new, and so it took us a couple of visits to be comfortable with the idea of a payment, etc. But Eric was very patient with us and explained everything clearly. Robert was very knowlegable about the Honda product and went out of his way to Honda dealer and their customer service is nothing compared to yours. My wife is on oxygen and has a hard time getting out to do things. Jim made the experience of buying a car very easy for us. Everyone at the dealership was especially helpful to us.
