Great purchase experience from the moment we first visited the dealer to picking up the car three days later. Tommy was attentive without being overbearing, and gave us the information we needed about visited the dealer to picking up the car three days later. Tommy was attentive without being overbearing, and gave us the information we needed about the CRV while allowing us to evaluate the vehicle at our own pace. Since we weren't trading in a car, I can't speak to that aspect of the car buying experience. Negotiation and pricing was simple and upfront. We went three rounds until coming to a price and the process went quickly. None of the 5-10 minute gaps to let the buyer stew in his juices waiting for the infamous manager response. In the end, I was comfortable about the fairness of the deal and extremely pleased. Everybody I came in contact with inside the showroom was friendly, acknowledged our presence, and didn't make me feel like the prey some dealers have when you "go inside and see what we can do." Would I buy again from them again? If Honda continues to make a quality vehicle then Rusty Wallis will certainly be on my short list of dealers and would be the one to beat. More

I had my car for only 3 days when i discovered that not only did the engine make noise when you accelerated but there was barely any brakes left, the tire has a hole in it, it also needs an alignment and t only did the engine make noise when you accelerated but there was barely any brakes left, the tire has a hole in it, it also needs an alignment and the oil was over a quart low ( oil looked like it had never been change from prior owner) . I spoke with a manager and was advised to bring it back to be looked at. I bring it in today and i was given a voucher for a free oil change and that if i didnt have any money to pay for the repairs then they could not help me. i was also advised that the rattling in the engine was not major and that they cant help me until it pretty much blows up. I am very unhappy with the type of service i was given. I see now why they tried so hard to sell the car at a cheap price. I will NEVER return back to this dealership nor will i recomend it to friends or family. More

Brian McMillan was also very friendly, and the financial department (sorry, cannot remember the unusual name, Sutton maybe?) was efficient.
