I have always hated buying a car because I am not a "hagler" type personality. I want the best deal possible, but not wanting to cheat the dealer nor myself. After talking with John and later with Chris they laid out a plan to show their cost and then let me decide how much profit they should make on it. Having talked with 3 other dealers and getting their "best" offers I had a general idea of truth and made an offer which was accepted. I left their dealership feeling I had not been taken advantage of and getting a car at a reasonable price. All 3 men seemed to be trying to help me get what I wanted and not trying to upsale for their benefit. More

I came in to have my 2009 Civic serviced for a battery replacement. I had already received a letter from Chris regarding a trade in, so I called him from the maintenance dept to visit about that letter. O replacement. The process was so easy and hassel free. Chris was able to deliver on everything that I asked for. This is my first car with only me on the contract plus, it is a lease--something that my father has always said was important. We are a Honda family and I am already looking forward to my next visit at the end of my current lease. More

My wife and I were very impressed by the how Bernard made sure that he only showed us what we wanted to see for the car that we were looking to buy. Even when the first car price didn't work, he didn't give sure that he only showed us what we wanted to see for the car that we were looking to buy. I am pleased with the purchase of my new Accord Coupe...one always wishes they had gotten a better deal, and I am no exception. The sales staff worked with me and finally got to an acceptable amount for the deal...so I am happy with my purchase, though not "ecstatic" with the deal I got on my vehicle or the amount of my trade. A lot of that is my fault for not researching my vehicle's worth ahead of time, but I really didn't go out to buy the evening I did buy. I basically paid the sticker price of the vehicle, minus the add-ons the dealership does on each of their vehicles. Could I have gotten a better deal at another dealer and had I been more prepared??? Maybe... The fault is mine, and I know I got a great vehicle which will give me many years of good service. More

The experience with Syed was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and personable. At no time did we feel pressured or that we were being 'sold' to make a sale.
