Not only was the experience pleasing but the expertise, knowledge of product and efficiency were at the highest level I have yet to encounter. These guys know their stuff and know how to deal with people. The finance end of things were as clear and straight forward as possible. i orignally wanted to spend a bit less, but had no problem spending more, should the value be there. After owning my vehicle for a couple of weeks, and the follow up with sales and finance, I think this was the best decision I have made for obtaining a vehicle. I came in just to have Brian Jackson look at my tires for my 2009 honda and ended up walking out with a 2011 CRV, not because he pressured me into.
