My friends and I has visited lots of dealership before we went to Rusty Wallis. Because we have budget concerning, we can't not get the car price that we expected (Accord 2012 SE), and then we went to our la went to Rusty Wallis. When I arrived there, their sales are very friendly, and then we talked to them we are willing to test drive Accord SE, Adnan drive that car to us right away, and introduced the car's interior and exterior vary detailed and clearly. My friends and I are satisfied of his introduction. When I talked about my budget, at first, they think my budget is a little bit low. However, Adnan still tried his best to help us to get the best deal. Finally, I decided to buy that car because they really made the price within my budget. I am not good at English but they pay lots of patience to help me finishing lots of paper works. I am so appreciated with their hard work. And I drive my new car at that day, their altitude of works truly impressed me a lot. More

Most recently, I sold a Civic and leased an Accord. The Accord drives and rides like a dream. The only fault I can find is the color scheme. The car is a beautiful light blue with black cloth interior. The black cloth shows every piece of lint. John Hargis has been my salesperson for the last 3 or 4 Hondas. And he will continue to be my salesperson as long as he is with Honda. I always enjoy working with John because he is genuinely interested in making sure I leave a happy customer. Kudos to John, Honda and Rusty Wallis. More

This is the second time I have bought a car from Rusty Wallis Honda and will definitely return and of course, recommend others to this dealership. I believe Mr. Head is a great asset to this company and would personally recommend him to assist anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
This is my third time buying a new car and the first time buying from Rusty Wallis. I had a pleasant and awesome experience at this dealership. My car saleman, Eric Lucy was fantastic. When I decided buying a pilot,I went online and used Trucar and Edmunds websites to request quotes from 7 different dealerships. Eric Lucy from Rusty Wallis replied to my request via email with a lowest price of all. I called him up the next day and scheduled an appointment with him to test drive the car. I took my wife & daughter to meet him and we all like him after we met him. He is so funny and easy to talk to. He treated us with respect and answered all our questions. He is very professional, knowledgable, and experienced saleman. When we sat down at the table and ready to talk numbers, my wife gave a very low offer which we were laughed at at other dealerships but Eric respectably said that they would lose money if they sold the car at that price. Eric was not pushy and for several hours he patiently worked with us and explained all the options. We could not reached a deal on the first day because my wife didn't want to increase her offer. We came back the next day and slowly increased our offer a couple of times and to our suprise they accepted the second offer which was $4000 lower than the MSRP. We knew we had a great deal because I did the research online & knew what others paying for the exact the same car. I highly recommend you buying your new car at Rusty Wallis and if you pick Eric to help you out, you will have a pleasant time - you won't regret. More

I have always hated buying a car because I am not a "hagler" type personality. I want the best deal possible, but not wanting to cheat the dealer nor myself. Having talked with 3 other dealers and getting their "best" offers I had a general idea of truth and made an offer which was accepted. I left their dealership feeling I had not been taken advantage of and getting a car at a reasonable price. All 3 men seemed to be trying to help me get what I wanted and not trying to upsale for their benefit. More

I came in to have my 2009 Civic serviced for a battery replacement. I had already received a letter from Chris regarding a trade in, so I called him from the maintenance dept to visit about that letter. O replacement. The process was so easy and hassel free. Chris was able to deliver on everything that I asked for. This is my first car with only me on the contract plus, it is a lease--something that my father has always said was important. We are a Honda family and I am already looking forward to my next visit at the end of my current lease. More
