Zaffar really went to bat for me and my wife. We were upside down on a vehicle and needed to get into a lease to get rid of our negative equity, but we needed to do it without raising our monthly payment upside down on a vehicle and needed to get into a lease to get rid of our negative equity, but we needed to do it without raising our monthly payment or goin beyond a 36 month term. Needless to say we were not in a good position but Zaffar really worked on it for us. They came back with the numbers we needed which is not only a credit to Zaffar but also to the dealership as a whole. Overall one of the best car experiences I have had at a dealer. More

I renewed my lease agreement 2 months before the end of my contract, thanks to the efforts of Elbony Beasley. During what seemed like a routine call, she exhibited professionalism, enthusiasm, concern and my contract, thanks to the efforts of Elbony Beasley. During what seemed like a routine call, she exhibited professionalism, enthusiasm, concern and determination to make me a satisfied customer. I will admit that I gave her and the accountant who assisted in this process a hard time in making this happen, but in the end, not only was I satisfied, I was truely IMPRESSED with Elbony's level of knowledge not only about the vehicle, but the best way to care for the vehicle, and also the lease contract process. Never did her professionalism change throughout the entire process. As far as the dealership is concerned, I have been doing business with them for about 5 years and not once have I left the dealership without a smile. The staff consistently does everything they can to address whatever concerns I have. Even when I try to haggle for a discount; if I lose one way, I win in another. They have a knack for pleasing their customers. I consider myself a person that's hard to please, but they please me very easily. I plan to have a long-term relationship with this dealer. More
I contacted Rusty Wallis because we have had a life altering event with our son that required a minivan to accommodate his wheelchair. John and all staff were very thorough and the entire process from walking in to driving off took 3 hours. Super impressed and have now found a dealership that we will be with a very long time! More
This is the second car I've purchased at this dealership. The first one was new and the second one was this used car. We really wanted a Honda and we wanted a fair trade for the Honda we had. We wanted to trade our manual for an automatic, stick with a Honda, and do it in a single day without running all over town. That happened here. They quickly appraised the car, promptly showed us 3 or 4 after talking to us at length about what we wanted, and we purchased a Honda Accord. The financing process was the fastest I've ever encountered, the coffee in the waiting room was good, and they even changed the channel from ESPN to Channel 5 so that I could watch the evening news while we waited for the car to be detailed. It was a great experience, and I felt well taken care of. I think I got a great deal too, and I'm very happy with the car. Bernard even told me to come in anytime I wanted - which I just might do! This has been one of the best experiences in buying a pre-owned vehicle. Chris Irwin helped make us feel comfortable & was not pushy at all when we made our first initial visit. He introduced us to Boris Rekhlis who helped us as we test drove a couple of vehicles. Boris pointed out some features on the Accords that I didn't notice. Even though some were not a big influence in our decision, it was comforting how much he understood the Honda brand. Boris was also very informative about different lines of Accord (LX, LX-P, EX) and what to look for in selecting the right car for us. When it came to pricing the guys were very fair. My advice is to look online at their inventory and see the online price. Compare it to other dealers & Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds. I am sure you will find Rusty Wallis very competitive with those sites. Make sure you do your homework on what kind of car you want before you go. I have never financed a pre-owned car through the dealership. I usually get a better rate with my credit union. Chris assured me he could get as good if not better rate. It made the purchasing/taking the car home process much faster getting financing through them. Amir Hamghalam handled the financing part and he did a great job explaining the extended warranty but put no pressure on purchasing it. I explained that I did not want the warranty and he did not push me to do something I did not want to do. He provided some options but ultimately I decided what was the best thing for our situation. In purchasing a car I usually have had negative expereinces trying to haggle and negotiate and playing the 'let me go take this to my boss and see what he says' game. It was a pleasant surprise to work with a dealership where I did not feel that pressure or that is was a game. If I were to buy a pre-owned vehicle (specifically a Honda) I would give Rusty Wallis the first chance to earn my business. If you get a chance to work with Chris, Boris or Amir - I would take that opportunity. More
Lee Arter was our salesman, and was the best in our opinion. He showed us any Honda that we wanted to see, and explained things about which we could not even think of a question. As we came down to the choice between the Accord and the Civic, he did nothing to help us make our choice. He stayed after 9:00 pm twice just to make sure that we could find the car we wanted. Lee explained everything about the Accord, and then about the Civic. Once we saw the technology in the 2012 Civic, we were sold on the car. He never pressured us, and was more of a friend that a car salesman. He followed us through every step of the purchase. He sat down inside of the Civic and explained and reexplained very patiently everything that that we wanted to know and everything that we needed to know. Lee also made himself available to us for every matter from warranties, to information about the Civic, to servicing the car. Lee gave us his telephone number and cell number to make sure that we would be able to reach him. He even reexplained the financial matters, and we were given a 2.9% interest rate on our loan. We are not the youngest of customers, but we were treated as the most important. We did not ask for a better price because we did not have to. We liked the price, and to our surprise, the trade-in was raised from $2,000 to $3,000. We had telephoned Rusty Wallis because we wanted to speak somebody who could treat us as well as Anthony Smith, who has passed away since our last purchase from Rusty Wallis. Lee Arter was great, and was the man that we needed to buy our sixth car from Rusty Wallis. He introduced us to all the upper staff so that when we walked in, we would immediately be "friends." We were treated like family be all of them. We left Rusty Wallis with a Lo-Jack, a 7-year power train warranty and nitrogen for the tires. Yes, we knew the company from before, but we did not know Lee, and we are so happy that we got him on the phone for our first appointment. More
