I got an awesome new car for not much more a month than I was already paying for a two year old model. I found one issue on the vehicle that needed to be taken care of, i.e., a missing accessory that I'd requested, and Boris got it fixed immediately. I have just a few suggestions to make this experience perfect: 1) Seemed like it took a long time to get around to "the paperwork", given teh fact that all the credit application information, etc., was gathered days in advance, and we'd bought a car from your store before. 2) We mentioned ahead of time that we were not interested in any additional extended warranties, add-ons, etc., yet we still were told we needed to hear the presentation related to the extended warranty because the discussions were being recorded and all customers needed to hear the same information. A final "no" was all it took, though, and we were signing paperwork again very quickly. All's well that ends well. More
