I am SO excited that Murphy showed me my beautiful, new Blackberry Fit Sport!! I love the color, and honestly was very hesitant on purchasing the Fit until I saw that color. I had one of only a few Sunbur Blackberry Fit Sport!! I love the color, and honestly was very hesitant on purchasing the Fit until I saw that color. I had one of only a few Sunburst Vibes, so having a car that was economical, environmentally friendly, and something that stands out was important to me. I didn't just want another silver or black car. I was only sad when we got home and noticed the scratch on the front bumper. Obviously, I understand accidents happen, and Murphy did put a rush on getting it ready so I could take it home the same day. But, I didn't let that one small thing rate anything any less. Murphy was great about getting things taken care of for us! We've got an appointment to get it fixed next week. Everyone was so nice, and it was great to feel like you were part of the family. I was a little apprehensive when I first got there and there were a few sales people outside, but I was impressed with how I was treated. Being a woman, I've learned from previous experience that dealers and auto repair/service associates prey on women, assuming that they know nothing. It's hard to break that stereotype, but Murphy was great about everything. The service department was the reason I actually chose this dealership to purchase my new Honda, and I only brought our Civic in for an oil change!! Eric Lucy was also extremely helpful online getting more information about vehicles. These are all reasons why I gave the dealership all 5's. Thank you so much for everything!! More
Your instant message doesn't work - I tried several times to "instant message" and ask some questions before the process; all to no avail. Sales rep acted mad when we wouldn't take the second offer. I'm in the sales business and would never want to come across a potential sale as being mad. He was all fired up at the beginning of our experience telling us how he can come off the sticker price - given lots of room for negotiation, but then when it came down to it, acted as if we were asking for the moon to go with our moon roof!!! Fenton was extremely friendly; very personable. The only complaint here is he offered 5.99% at first; told him we could get 5.75 at our credit union. Acted as if he was making an executive decision to come down to 5.75. Then, when we declined any of the original 3 warranty deals, came back with one, we thought was good with 4.99% interest rate. Just wished he could have thrown that one out there first instead of it being a "last resort" kind of deal. More

I can't say enough about Brandon R. and what a great guy he is, he saved the BS lines I got from other Honda dealers. (Definitely do your homework. If you just go in expecting to get the best deal without research, you're kidding yourself and you deserve what you get). Out of the numerous cars I've purchased, I honestly walked out of Felton's (the finance guy)office and didn't question or to wonder if I got the best deal possible. I knew I did.
