We were choosing between a Sonata for the extra features and 10yr/100K mile warranty, Toyota Camry for relability and safety, and Honda Accord for the reliability and performance. With RWH extending the Honda warranty out to 100K miles and working within our budget, the choice became clear. The only two downsides were 1.) someone bought the color we wanted the day before (oh well), 2.) The Honda Care package seems to be cheaper if you buy it online within the first 6K miles, despite Felton's claim that it had to be added at the time of purchase or not at all. Live and learn. Overall a good car buying experience. More

Another reason Eric was very helpful was because we are from Wichita, KS and so most of our dealing and talks were over the phone. I will say when it came down to numbers I worked with a sales manager, just to cut out the number of phone calls, and they worked hard to get every dolloar they could out of me. The initial agreement fell through with the sales manager any myself, so I decided to "walk" away. Eric called me the next day and made the deal happen at the original price I agreed to. I recently purchased a new 2012 Honda Accord sedan from Rusty Wallis Honda. The entire transaction was conducted either over the internet or the phone. We agreed to a price on the car that I selected and the dealership had that exact car in inventory. When I arrived at the dealership, to finalize the deal, the car ready to go with all the dealer installed options as quoted. Throughout the process (either on the phone or in person), Paul was always upbeat and helped me get through the buying process in a flawless manner. He did his job in a professional manner and never used any strong arm tactics to rush me into a decision. I found my car on Cars.com and then followed up on the Rusty Wallis website and ended up working with Manny Garcia. He was VERY helpful. He answered all my questions and when I asked him something specific about the vehicle, he checked it out for me and was back with me within a few minutes (I think I did this 4 or 5 times)! We negotiated a good price (for me, at least) and we were rolling! I live near Detroit so I had to fly in. I was picked up at the airport by Kirk Yost who was there to pick me up less than 3 minutes after I walked out of the door...I SWEAR TO GOD!!! I got to the dealership, the car was ready (It looked GREAT), I test drove it and was on my way back to Detroit within an hour of my plane landing!! The car is great as well, It made the 19 hour drive with only the same rest (3hr nap) as I got. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I have anything negative to say about Manny, it is that he is a Dallas Cowboys fan. But it isn't his fault, he's from Dallas and he doesn't know any better! Ha ha ha!
