He was able to beat our credit union's preapproved interest rate by a significant margin, so we were able to take care of everything in house and drive off with a car that same night. More
Where to begin with Rusty Wallis, other than to say WOW!!! This dealer is definitely interested in customer satisfaction. I had a car that was totalled and had received a settlement check from a WOW!!! This dealer is definitely interested in customer satisfaction. I had a car that was totalled and had received a settlement check from a reputable insurance company. Unfortunately, due to the amount of the check, the bank that had issued the check could not cash it according to procedure and my bank placed a hold on the check for 7 days. My insurance company of course, pulled my rental the day I received the check. While I could have asked for an extension on the rental, I elected to not pursue. I called into Rusty Wallis and spoke originally with Brian. I explained my situation with the "settlement check" and explained unfortunately my credit situation. Brian put me in contact with an outstanding sales rep, Mark. But...here's the best part, did Brian just pass the customer? NO!!!! Brian still followed up with me also. We originally had elected to hold off for a used CR-X, preferably Black with Navigation system. All this was done on the phone. It was offered to try a new CR-X; though, I of course, didn't want to have to finance a large amount. I elected to stop by on 03/03/2012 (Saturday) and to my surprise Mark was available and met me at the front door. I advised Mark who I was and he remembered and offered to help me in any way he could. Mark of course first showed me the 2009 Honda Accord Coupe, Blue, with Navi. I had my initial interest set on the CR-X and Mark assisted me with a test drive of both the CR-X and the Accord Coupe. The Accord Coupe grew on me really quick after driving the CR-X and we elected to attempt to make the deal happen. Keeping in mind, I had already been "Pre-approved". Here's where it really shows that "Rusty Wallis" cared about the customer and the sale. I don't have checks. Everything is now checkcards and credit cards. I showed Mark a copy of my insurance settlement check that had been deposited and Mark did everything he could and let me drive off with my Accord Coupe with a good faith promise on my part to bring a cashier's check by the following Wednesday (03/07/12). So, driving my car, I noticed a problem with the fuel injectors. I emailed Mark and took the car into service the following Monday, 03/05/12. Mark followed up with me and took ownership of the service issue and followed up with service to find out what the issue was. To my surprise, upon picking up the car again that evening Mark even test rode with me in the car to make sure that the vehicle was operating ok for me. (The software had to be updated? PCO-Fuel Injectors??) But, it did not stop here...(the car was ok, of course) Amir in Finance called me today, 03/12/12 and advised me that he was able to get my Finance Charge (APR) dropped 7.05% and my finance company changed to what I believe is a more reputable company. Keep in mind, ALL paperwork was signed on 03/03/12 and the cashier's check was delivered on 03/07/12. WOW!!! I figured I was just another finance statistic and that everything was done on 03/03/12. To my surprise, Amir even went the extra step for me. Rusty Wallis has definitely went over and above for the sale. I am very proud to have purchased my car at Rusty Wallis Honda and would recommend anyone looking for a quality pre-owned or even a new car to consider Rusty Wallis as the dealer of choice. This is my third car that I have bought from Rusty Wallis Honda. I tuly enjoyed my most recent experience with Mr. Bernard Williams. He provided a no hassle experience and really worked to provide me with a good deal and put my concerns at the forefront. My experience ended with Mr. Jason Hatchel who is very knowledgable about financing and explains everything in terms that help you really understand the terms of your agreement. Although it was after the closing time, Mr. Williams and Mr. Hatchel took their time with the sell and provided supreme customer service (Mr. Williams even transferred everything from my old car). We have bouught several new hondas from Vandergriff Honda in Arlington and when we dropped our Accord off for service there she wanted to look at a hybrids. The next day at my job one of my co-workers highly recommended Rusty Wallis Honda. I contacted the salesperson Jim Beeson and explained what we were looking for and was quoted a price. We decided to drive out and look, Mr. Beeson, who was going to be off that day, passed us to Paul Sisk. Mr. Sisk did a great job answering all my wife's questions and had prepared a car for a test drive that meet all her specifications. We bought that car and took possession in about 3 hours...what a pleasant experience! There was no pressure just informative answers. Adam, in financing was also very easy to work with. I will recommend this dealership without reservations. More

He answered all questions to my satisfaction and I never felt pressured to purchase and was professional in every aspect of of his dealing with me.
