My review is based on my own personal experience with Rusty Wallis. This is my second used car purchase at this delaership and each time was painless. My only complaint is the dealership does not seem to want to make any improvements (big or small) to the vehicle in order to intice someone to purchase it. The honday I purchased will most likely need a timing belt replaced very soon which can be pricey and when mentioned, the delaership did not want to replace that prior to my purchase and told me that several other people were interested in purchasing this vehicle if I didn't. I felt that was somewhat too much pressure to be placed on a customer. More

I used the Net to search for a fuel efficient SUV to replace my 2008 Element. John reached out to me almost imediately. John did everything a dealer and customer would want (explaning the features and answering questions). Working out the financial details with Adam was a very plesant experiance especially the extended warrenty discussion. Two days after the purchase, I stoped in to give John the second key and books on the Element. I had been having trouble with my Accord keys. John sent me to the service area where I met Joe. With a knowing smile he recognized the problem and opened the keys to remove some water beads and the key problem was gone! When I asked to pay he replied "glad to help you, I want your service business now and next time to be a plesant experience that makes you think of Rusty Wallace when you need service". Next year I will buy a replacement for my Accord! More
