Was just planning on stopping by to take a quick test drive & collect my $25 gift (had already picked out a nice CPO car we wanted to buy at another dealership). But Nick was able to show a car that had just come in on a trade-in that was perfect and almost $1,000 less than the one we had set on. Was able to work a win-win where we got a low milage, CPO car under the NADA value, and the dealership made a nice little profit on their quick turnaround. Nick personally saw to the car being CPO'd & prepped for delivery. Didn't have to haggle for days, was able to take the car for a test drive without him coming along, and we both came away from the experience satisfied. Will make that drive across town and work with the Internet Sales team - especially Nick - the next time we're in the market! More
We arrived at the dealership late. We looked at used cars to begin with and was asked if we needed assistance several times while we were looking. We were finally ready for some help and Manny answered all our questions and showed us several vehicles that had to options we were looking for. It was after 10:00pm, well past closing time, when we decided what we wanted. All of the staff stuck around to make sure we could drive the vehicle home that night and remained friendly, polite and helpful. More
We walked on the lot at 9am with the intention of meeting an employee who I had spoken to on the phone several times in the prior week. This salesperson was "ill" and would be in later. Another salesman walked us to a back office, sat down at the table and began taking some basic information from us. He was polite and to the point as well as apologetic for his co-worker. But, he quickly passed us off to Nick. Boy are we glad he did! Nick promptly took us out of that office and out to show us whatever we wanted to look at. It got up to 104 degrees that day and had to have already been in the 90s. There is no shade on the lot and the blacktop seemed to just draw more heat. Every car door that was opened felt like the entrance to a sauna. We had to open it then stand back a second before poking our head in to look. We wanted a Fusion when we got there and Nick must have shown us over a dozen. He showed us comparable cars in size, MPG, etc. He even showed us some trucks, knowing they were out of our price range, just to satisfy our curiosity! He listened carefully to every comment we made about our family size, budget, and driving style. We were all dripping with sweat and red faced but Nick kept us in cold water bottles. We went on a couple of test drives and Nick eventually got us into a car that was not at all what we had come for. It was almost $5k less than the fusion, got better mileage, had a lot more room for our 3- 6ft tall teenage sons, had less expensive insurance, and was even a manual transmission-just what I wanted!!!! Nick was so personable and honest, it was like buying a car from your cousin. I hope Nick is still there when it comes time for us to buy another vehicle. This is the second one we have bought from Rusty Eck and will continue to be return customers. THANKS NICK!! More
First off doing business with this dealership was not good, it was great! I had found a car, used, on their website that was the same model as the one I wanted new. I called and talked to a salesperson who immediately gave me his cell phone number to call or text him. Later in the week I called to set an appointment up. During this phone call he told me he sold the used car we were going to test drive but not worry, another sales person owned one as a personal vehicle we could drive. I was a little hesitant about this since I know how I would feel in this situation but decided to wait until I got there. Upon arriving I was greeted outside by two gentlemen, one was the salesperson I talked to on the phone, the other was the owner of the car I wanted to look at. Both greeted me with hand shakes. We test drove the car then we went inside to talk numbers. They were awesome in helping us get to a number we all could agree on and helped me with my trade as well. The financing part was very smooth as the financing officer was helpful and very patient with explaining everything as this was my first brand new vehicle purchase. The dealer did not have my car yet but told me they would call me when it arrived and that they would either deliver it, which is 2 hours away, or I could come pick it up. Excellent experience and I will definitely be recommending this dealership and sales person to anyone needing a new or used vehicle! More

We had an AWESOME experience at Rusty Eck! Jeremy, Johnny and Devlyn were so helpful and took great care of us! We were able to buy us a new Ford Escape AND a cute little used car for our daughter!! Very friendly staff that worked with us extensively to ensure that we left their dealership happy and with the car that we wanted (we may have had a lot of requests!). Best sales person we have ever met. He made me want to buy a new car, and I was excited about being at a dealership for once.
