They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He gave us that extra little personal touch and made sure that he kept us updated on the progress of our truck. There was a computer issue (running slow) and he was very apologic, although it was not his or his teams fault, but he wanted to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and he did not go to lunch until he was sure we were taken care of. Wonderful service team. Kudos Rusty Eck on your outstanding dealership. More

I called to set up routine service maintenance appt and spoke with Stuart who was extremely friendly on the phone. When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted outside by a nice young gentleman who led me straight to Stuart. Stuart was very friendly and made sure all my needs we're met. I used the upstairs gym to workout while my truck was serviced. When my service was complete Stuart went over all the details of the work done. I had a great experience, as always at Rusty Eck. Another job well done! I got into my car on a Friday morning and I got a warning message for service. I called into the dealership and spoke with Adriane. She got me in that I got into my car on a Friday morning and I got a warning message for service. I called into the dealership and spoke with Adriane. She got me in that afternoon. It turned out to be a major issue with my vehicle and I had to leave it there for the weekend because it was unsafe to drive. In the meantime she went ahead a sent all of my information to the rental car company that is on site. She stayed in touch with my to keep my abreast of the things that were going on with my car. truly a great job by her. More

Great care! I've been taking my 2005 Ford F-150 to Rusty Eck for service for several years now, and Chris Fontes has always taken excellent care of my truck. And I've been taking my 2005 Ford F-150 to Rusty Eck for service for several years now, and Chris Fontes has always taken excellent care of my truck. And no work is performed outside of my initial service request without a phone call from Chris discussing what's up. And, if it doesn't need immediate attention, maybe just something to keep an eye on for a while, he'll let me know that too. When I was preparing to go out of state in the middle of summer and not wanting to worry about the condition of belts, hoses or anything else, the truck was checked over from top to bottom. I had a problem free - worry free 1,100 mile trip. I'd recommend Rusty Eck and Chris Fontes to anyone needing service. You really feel like you and your vehicle are a part of their family. More

From my first experience of the service department , I knew and had the feeling I made the right decision with my purchase of my 2011 Ford Explorer , From my first experience of the service department , I knew and had the feeling I made the right decision with my purchase of my 2011 Ford Explorer , with Rusty Eck Ford . I did have some complications with my vehicle , but Mr. Brandon Clark the Service Manger ensured me that I was in good hands . Being that he's the service manager , he introduced me to Mr. Glenn Williams a service adviser in the department . Mr. Williams demeanor and confidence also ensured me , That I made the right decision . I'm treated with the utmost respect , with all my questions being answered . We as consumers deserve the best service after the sale with any type of vehicle . This department of Rusty Eck Ford is the standard of what all service departments should be . I called Mr. Williams for my last service , last minute and he accommodated my wishes , though the department was overwhelmed with work and he told it should only take one hour , 58 minutes later my vehicle was waiting for me . I want to thank Mr. Williams for his professionalism . Dedicated employees like Mr. Williams are so hard to find in any industry . More
Service with integrity and honesty. Took my wife's 2008 Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation as she was planning to take it on a long trip in a couple weeks. Zach Boucher was th Took my wife's 2008 Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation as she was planning to take it on a long trip in a couple weeks. Zach Boucher was the service rep handling it for us and while speaking with him I asked if they would give it a look over to make sure my wife wouldn't have any problems with it on her trip. About an hour later he advised me that the oil had been changed and they didn't find any concerns with the vehicle except for the tires being in need of replacement (something I had already suspected). He said they would probably last or the trip though. Having a little bit of time available I told him to go ahead and put new ones on. About an hour and a half later he came to the waiting room to let me know it was ready and to come on back to his desk to sign for it. As we were completing the paperwork one of the guys that does a quick clean of your vehicle when they finish servicing it came in and asked Zach to come out to look at something. I turned and saw a group of them with Zach looking at a spot on the side of my wife's Escape. He showed me a small damaged area and explained that a gust of wind had caught the door of a car next to my wife's and had hit it. He immediately reassured me that they would take care of it and would give me a loaner while it was in the body shop. I'd like to thank the gentleman that had the integrity and honesty to report the mishap to Zach and thank Zach for his immediate assessment, apology and offer of correcting the damage. They could have been unscrupulous and try to pass it off as prior damage but didn't. They were honest, concerned, and stepped up to right the situation. We got the Escape back 3 days later and it looks perfect. Thanks. More
