He promptly called me the following morning and we met shortly thereafter. Andre (with some assistance from Jeff Nienke and Manny Macias) worked enthusiastically to make things happen and eventually I drove away with the car needed and which also met all my criteria. I was absolutely impressed by the "we can and want to make you a satisfied customer" attitude by these people; I can easily say I've never experienced this kind of service before when buying a vehicle. Andre (and team) went to bat for me; I got the vehicle needed and at the exact price asked for. These guys will work with you - Thanks gentlemen! More

WOW even for a holiday day when banks are closed... we selected the truck, had to get gas, did a test drive.... on the turnpike. Settled on price and payments. And then Joe (in finance) had us signing on all the lines, while Jd was having the truck detailed and then had a quick run through on lots of the gadgets like syncing the phone...... We were on our way home in less than 2 1/2 hours. That was unbelievable!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Jd you are a VERY pleasant person to work with. Thoughtful, knowledgeable. Zach has kept my 2010 Escape in great working order since i first purchased it. When i have brought it in for service he makes sure the job is done right and has even pointed out other issues that i might want to address. On my last visit he noticed some front bumper damage that I was not aware of. He took care of getting a repair estimate and gave me a contact if i chose to repair it. He is outstanding at his job. I will continue to come back because of the service he gives. More

I dropped the truck off and picked it a couple of hours later. I was in the service dept. less than five minutes. In that time kennedy explained to me what was done and even took care of some sync updates I was unaware of. This is the fifth new ford I have purchased from rusty Eck. This is one reason why I bought four f-150 and one edge sel. I am treated like I matter to them and they care about my business . More
They helped me when I was stuck! My car wouldn't start when I finished my shopping at the nearby Target store. I noticed Rusty Eck Ford and decided to walk over to see if they could help me while I waited for my family to come pick me up. Rami grabbed a jump box and walked with me to my car. He got it started but when it wouldn't stay running when the box was taken off, he drove it over to the Quick Lane with the box on it. He called me the next day as he said he would with the diagnosis and price. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently. Rami even remembered who I was when I picked up my car the next day. It was a very good experience and am thankful for the "Above and Beyond" customer service I received from Rami. More

The following day, I received a call from Nick Valentine about the 2014 Fusions and 0% financing. My dad and I went in on Saturday just to visit with Nick and see what my options were in upgrading. Nick was GREAT to work with and found me the Fusion I had wanted all along with the EcoBoost engine. IT ROCKS !!!!!!!!! I thought my experience could not get any better until I went to meet with Brandon Rising in the Finance Department. Brandon, even though he was a Raiders fan and I was a Chiefs fan...LOL, was also amazing to work with. The entire experience was great and I love my 2014 Fusion even more than I did my 2013, which I didn't think was possible. Went back in today to have remote start put on my 2014, and once again, Adriane was fantastic. A HUGE THANKS TO ADRIANE, NICK AND BRANDON !!!!!!!!!!!! I can't thank you enough for making me feel WAY more important than the almighty dollar !!! I look forward to working with you for many years to come. :o) More
THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR IN TOWN! WHERE ELSE? AT RUSTY ECK! Rusty Eck is as good as your going to get as far as amenities in any dealership. Yes, they still have the aggravating back and forth selling process Rusty Eck is as good as your going to get as far as amenities in any dealership. Yes, they still have the aggravating back and forth selling process that makes you want to scream! But, as a long ago sales and service individual for Ford, I can tell you there is nothing else out there. No matter what the ads tell you...it has not changed in eons and probably never will! So, go for the amenities and a good attitude with a smile. Service, Customer Relations, restaurant employees, even Finance bends over backwards to make your experience a pleasant one. And, in all fairness, Sales would probably do the same if allowed by "The Tower" (sales management). Also, selection, be it cars, trucks, SUVs, or service vehicles is large and if it's not a fit, they'll find it! Then, finance it, fix it, paint it, service it, wash it and even help you love it! Plus, my Service Advisor, Adriane Correa, is one of the best. She is efficient, pleasant, precise, and knows me when I walk in the door. Even after just the second time she saw me. Women should be advised to request Adriane if you feel the least bit leery about talking with a Service Rep. She talks our language and will always treat you with respect and understanding! She's definitely my kind of gal!!!. FORD is number 1! and so is Rusty Eck!! Done More
