quick lane charges but don't do the work Had bought the service plan on my f150. Took it into be service every 6 months. Well I knew my 2 u r mark was coming up called to see when it expired Had bought the service plan on my f150. Took it into be service every 6 months. Well I knew my 2 u r mark was coming up called to see when it expired told as long as I did it that month lie#1 did 4 days after my 23rd was up. Lie#2 they said that my brake pads were at 9 mm. Looking at my past that mention that they actually grew. #3 lie told me that the wipers were in excellent condition. The driver side had about a 4 inch cut in them and didn't clean at all. When I pointed that out the guy got attitude with me and said well do they clean he jumped in saw they didnt. And said for 25.99 we can change them for you. Who knows what else they did or didn't change . Not even sure if the oil was changed. Was told if I would like I can comeback and have it done again. To be honest not sure if there is a. Horrifying I walked in just to look and stated that I may get a car if I got a good deal, and thought I was until I looked it up ... they Priced a 2014 Ford Fies I walked in just to look and stated that I may get a car if I got a good deal, and thought I was until I looked it up ... they Priced a 2014 Ford Fiesta S at 12,999 and told them I wouldn't pay anymore then 10,999 so the manager Mark Feninsteel (assuming his last name is spelt that way), told me this is the deal while paying off my 1991 Mustang GT 5.0 which I had a loan for $4,000. Also stated I would pay $150 for the first year, then it would go up to $308. So I agreed since I was having trouble with the Mustang, and then when I went in to finish finance paperwork found out I was horribly lied to, my payments were going to be $308 at the start! And they hadn't payed off my Mustang yet so I took the Fiesta to Mel Hamilton Ford and they disagreed stating it was well overpriced at a total of $22,000 including the negative equity from the Mustang ... They are Crooks and will not be returning! Had friends that were going to go there and they decided otherwise, told them to go to Mel Hamilton, where I got a different vehicle at a good price and they followed my guidelines of payments. Then when I went to pick up the Mustang it had damage and missing emblems and shifter knob, they give Ford a BAD name and shouldn't be labeled a Ford Dealership! More

Zack Boucher has been our service advisor for the three oil changes we have had so far and is always accommodating and courteous. Rusty Eck is not the dealership it used to be... It is better by leaps and bounds! Keep up the good work! More

Service Advisor concept is a good one! I was a little leary when I heard that I would have a "service advisor" but I'm not anymore. Chris Fontes has been selected as my service advisor & I I was a little leary when I heard that I would have a "service advisor" but I'm not anymore. Chris Fontes has been selected as my service advisor & I tell you, he is awesome. He is very polite and friendly and took good care of me. New Service tech we were used to our prior service tech, but he was promoted to a higher position in the company for obvious reasons. He was good at what he done. I was a little skepticle with a new service tech but Adriane Correa has calmed my concerns with her knowledge and her ability to calm the situation. She is doing a great job in an obvious male dominated position and she holds her own there. She knows her stuff and gave us options on our repairs. More
Way Above Expectations; Duplicate Key Programmed Dropped in to reschedule, earlier (i.e. was planned for a couple of days later), service to program a duplicate ignition key for my car. Chris Fontes Dropped in to reschedule, earlier (i.e. was planned for a couple of days later), service to program a duplicate ignition key for my car. Chris Fontes said "how about now"? The service department was busy but he immediately handled the coordination needed to promptly get the car checked in and the key was programmed within about 45 minutes (and I was on my way). Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected and made things much easier for me, by getting the work done early and out of the way. Thank you!! More
