From the time I walked in to the time they delivered my 2013 Edge Sport, Chris made sure I was taken care of. The gratitude and thanks we felt for Pete, a manager and Zach, service consultant, are beyond words. Pete recommended a hotel that would allow our German Shepherd and her side-kick, a Chihuahua as guests. He also assured us that Zach, and his diesel expert in the service department, would assess the problem first on Monday. He resolved the issue that morning and we have not had a further problem. Excellent customer service I own a 2013 Ford Escape had it for 2 yrs now. Zach always makes me feel like I am the only person he is dealing with. When I call to make my appointm I own a 2013 Ford Escape had it for 2 yrs now. Zach always makes me feel like I am the only person he is dealing with. When I call to make my appointment he always seems to remember me. He makes sure my vehicle is well taken care of and my service is prompt. Brake work on a 2012 Ford Raptor Glenn Williams did a great job of keeping me informed on my vehicle and was prompt and accurate in detailing the repairs and costs. No surprises. All that was needed was the rotors turned and after 57,000 miles I expected it needed brake pads too. He said those 'still looked good and had a lot of material left. No need to replace at this time.' More

Was very good about fixing it, told me it would take an hour, was about 45 minutes. Very nice waiting room and extremely clean area. Nice people to deal with. Thanks, Jack More
