Good Service Department!! I took my vehicle in for service at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita. The dealership's waiting area had very good amenities. Brandon Kennedy, one of the cust I took my vehicle in for service at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita. The dealership's waiting area had very good amenities. Brandon Kennedy, one of the customer service managers, was great to work with. He kept me updated during the hectic afternoon and provided good recommendation on what my vehicle needed. There have been only three dealerships I've been to in the last ten years I've owned my Ford vehicle (which has not often needed service) - Rusty Eck Ford was my favorite one of the three. LIARS AND CHEATS i went in there looking for a car and sure enough i found one but when it came down to the paper work and the trade in process i had told not only my i went in there looking for a car and sure enough i found one but when it came down to the paper work and the trade in process i had told not only my sales rep but also his manager that i if they couldnt pay off the balance of my trade in i didnt want to make a deal. They reassured me that they will pay it off and not add it to my new car loan that i was about to get. Next i spoke with their business manger that went over the detail of the contract, which again i asked if they were going to pay off the trade in not add it to my loan (during this time they were having a sale for trade in) he reassured me everything was taken care of, went over the contract again and sure enough they added the balance to my new loan went back to discuss and they had the nerve to say no we cant cover the all amount and theres nothing i can do about it .. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALSHIP TO ANY FRIENDS FAMILY NOT EITHER STRANGERS!!!! More

2012 Focus/cruise control Chris was great, I was in Wichita and just stopped in to see if the service department could fix my cruise control that went out. He went out of his way to fit me in that day and got it fixed. Unfortunately the cruise control lasted 2 days before acting up again and not wanting to work correctly. Since not working for 2 days it once again is working without any further issues as yet.I am not sure what is going on with it, but had the same issues with my 2006 Escape and its cruise control. Hopefully it will continue to work correctly since I do a lot of highway miles from my little town. Thanks for such quick service. More

used car flop & fix Bought my 03 mustang mach 1 last week, yesterday it froze due to lack of anti freeze! They have it in shop, we will see what comes next. I am concerned about the damage this could have caused! Got the car back but can never enjoy it as in the back of my mind i will never trust that more damage my have been caused. Had to take it back again for a heating issue, they have since said it is fixed I get it back today they drove it around town and on the hi way for an extended period of time and all seems good. For my trouble they are tinting my windows, and polished the headlights at no cost to myself. Today they said they will give me an extended warranty wich is all I asked for in the first place. They even gave me a definite maybe on a tune in the future. So all should be well ... More
