Glenn always listens to what I need to have done and any requests I may have. He makes sure all gets done and then he explains all my paperwork with me to make sure I am aware of everything that has been done or may need to bring to my attention. He makes sure I am on top of the service needs of my vehicle. He is a great Service guy to work with !!!! More

Chris Fontes is truly customer focused! I have purchased 4 trucks fro Rusty Eck because of Chris Fontes. He is an excellent service rep and always help me navigate through any issue with one I have purchased 4 trucks fro Rusty Eck because of Chris Fontes. He is an excellent service rep and always help me navigate through any issue with one of my vehicles. My last service check was for an oil change. I called the day before and he got me in exactlt when I needed. They washed my truck and got me in and out under an hour. I love my new F250 because Chris makes it seem effortless when I need help. James La Fountain greeted me as soon as I walked towards the service department and was also the one I was scheduled with. He was extremely polite, professional and efficient. He also answered the questions I had about the sports option that came with my 2014 Fiesta. He was very knowledgeable about the feature and took the time to answer the question thoroughly, as well as giving me his card in case I had any additional questions later. SO many places just rush you out the door once they have you money and this is NOT that kind of place. The customer service I received from James that day far exceeded my expectations and I recommend their service department to anyone and everyone! More
Great Customer Service I live in Indiana and my daughter is in Wichita at school. She had a problem that needed fixed so I called the service department and spoke with Chri I live in Indiana and my daughter is in Wichita at school.
