If I could give -5 stars I would.. I bought my first car in January. My sales rep was Dakota. All I have to say is it was the worst decision I have ever made. I was taken complete advantage of. My daughters car needed some recall work done on the transmission. Should have been covered work but they cited a technicality and forced us to pay for the work. But Rusty Eck didn't care about that or making it safe for my daughter to drive. They did give us a $130 off which is less than a 10% discount. They give non-loyal customers bigger discounts than that for stupid things like oil changes. They had a lot of options for how to handle this. Rusty Eck chose to make us pay to repair a defective car. That tells me everything I need to know. There are a lot of choices for car repairs. We're going back to Mel Hambleton. And we're both looking at new cars next year. They will not be Fords. More
I was contacted regarding trading my vehicle in for a new model with lower payment and lower interest rate. It took 45 minutes to see the vehicle we had discussed via phone despite having notified the rep wh model with lower payment and lower interest rate. It took 45 minutes to see the vehicle we had discussed via phone despite having notified the rep what time we would arrive. I was advised to lie on my credit report request because it would look better and no one would call to verify. And finally after two hours was told there was no way they could do the numbers they had called and presented to me. Total waste of time. More
I received a call today from the Rusty Eck sales staff... I had requested a mobile service request on my 2016 Ford Edge and they took it upon themselves to call me and say ‘We have too many 2020 models and w I had requested a mobile service request on my 2016 Ford Edge and they took it upon themselves to call me and say ‘We have too many 2020 models and would love to get you in a 2020 and have you trade in your 2016. We would do zero down payment, lower interest rate, and lower monthly payment.’ I told them I would speak with my wife and maybe stop by. I told them we would be there at 3:45 and would appreciate it if they had the vehicle ready to test drive... We arrived on time and had to wait 45 mins to get a test drive. They then proceeded to try and more than double our monthly payment and requested 7800 as a down payment. All of this was the exact opposite of what was discussed on the phone. More

Went to rusty eck just finding out how much my trade in would be worth and walked out trading my 2016 Ford Explorer in for a 2018 Chevy Tahoe. I had a great salesman Doug Ford. Glenn told me that my vehicle would be started 5 days from the time I brought it in. I agreed and went and got me a rental. Instead for waiting 5 days, Glenn put me to the front of the line where they began my work right away. THAT is Customer Service! I’ll continue to use the services of Rusty Eck Ford because of Glenn alone. More

A few months back my husband and I traded in our truck for a new one. The process was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. We were told multiple different things from different people. For example we had to have a down deposit then the next person said no we didn’t need one. We had to sign multiple contracts. Then come to find out they were late and short on the money owed for the buyout with the old truck. I will never buy another vehicle from them again! Do not recommend!! More
Worst Customer Service in ALL DEPT'S. First new car I've ever had and has been a nightmare after the first 6 months of owning it. So many defects, recalls and trash transmission. Just had to have PCM ($826) replaced due to faulty grounds of bolts that I had asked about on 3 occasions that were never recalled only sent to ford dealership service centers. Asked a 4th time and was told "We do what we're told." Every time my car was in their service dept. it was damaged. Some was fixed some still getting the run around on. Now defective actuators went bad and heater core is leaking due to it. Was told to talk to the general manager of the dealership and the service dept manager. General manager hung up service manager said "I thought we were done with this?" How is it done when it hasn't been fixed?? Now have 2 case's with Ford Corporation about this dealership. More
