We love Ford and have and will continue to buy Ford but we do not recommend buying from Rusty Eck Ford. Our vehicle buying experience has been anything but enjoyable. We purchased our 2021 F150 Powerboost last July and it has been in and out of their service department countless times for months at a time. It's February and we still don't have it. The lack of communication for basic dialogue in regards to vehicle issues, part issues, service issues, customer service issues, etc, has been annoyingly non-existent. It's like pulling tooth and nail to get any follow through. Brandon, in sales, is the only saving grace for this dealership. Do not buy unless you want sub par customer service and hidden defects in your vehicle. It seems as though they're just trying to make a quick dollar. More

I went to rusty eck to trade my vehicle for a different car that i can afford. They immediately printed my titles and had me sign them over. After I was told to sign stack of papers and lots of lines on a car that i can afford. They immediately printed my titles and had me sign them over. After I was told to sign stack of papers and lots of lines on a machine they told me the money I gave them was not enough money and had me transfer money out of a very small account that I am not to take anything out of that my husband left for me without allowing me to leave to get any help with the car or to go to the bank. The two men stayed right there in the office with me and had me call on the phone, without allowing me any privacy on the phone. Mr Fieldman would only allow me to look at 2 cars and to drive it in the parking lot. The dealer sent me home with car that I said was to knew with a blown engine and higher payments than I said I could afford. I took the car back first thing the next day, the people said that the man who sold it to me was not there and would have to come back. My daughter told me when she called the employees said he is there every day, and was in a meeting. The assistant manager called me, after I left and told me to come back in 4 days and he would fix it and get me a car I can afford. I went back 4 days later, he would only let me look at 2 cars again. He told me he took my truck to the auction the same day he took it from me and did not get as much money as he wanted out of it. I told him multiple times I can not afford either of the vehicles. He kept saying he would make it so that I could and told me his wife has been in going through cancer. I was given a paper that said the car had 24000 miles on it and it was older than the other one he let me look at and that it was under 9000. When I got the papers I found out that the 2nd car cost more than the first car and more than it did when it was brand new. The payments are higher than the first car. They had made me wait a long time said they were cleaning it, when it came back it still looked the same and smells like someone peed and maybe through up inside. The gauge inside says the car has over 56000. thousand miles on it. I tried to take it back. The dealer said he will buy it back but I have to give him 8,600 dollars. I am an old woman I can not afford 36,000.00 dollars for a car. He knows I am on a fixed income. The payments are over 450. a month the insurance is 300.00 a month it is a toyota and not old it is 2021. When my kids read the paperwork of the second car it says he took away all of the money I put down on the first car added $8600.charged me again for the dealership to set up the financing (I am the one who went to the bank) and gave me another broken car (the car that came home with me is not the car they gave me the paper for, looks like the same car in the picture.) Now I do not have a car and the bank told me the dealership did not put the right name on the paperwork and is telling me I have to sign more papers. I put that they responded quick because they came out of the door fast, took my truck fast, gave me over 40 pages of papers to sign fast, took my money really fast, and are willing to by the car back real fast if I give them more money and now I have no car. More
I purchased a Certified used Ford Fusion Hybrid last Saturday. I had a young man, Doug Ford that helped me with my car. This was the most pleasant new car experience I have ever had. He took his time to go over many of the points of how the car worked. I have been a business consultant and taught customer service as a subject matter expert. If Doug Ford had been in one of my classes I would give him and A+. It is a rare exprience that you meet a sales peron that care more about you being satisfied than about making a quick buck. My hat's off to Doug. I also had an interaction with Ken Sens, he was exceptional in helping me with my Ford Pass issues. He was courteous and extremely knowledgable about Ford Pass. Another GREAT Rusty Eck Ford employee. Many folks talk about business is built on relationships. These two gentlemen live it. More
