Unfortunately the problem was created when in the shop for a totally different issue, but thankfully only asked to pay half. I was hoping we wouldn’t have to pay anything. Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He quickly determined the door ding on my Avalon wasn't down to the primer as I feared and removed the other car's "contact" paint with rubbing compo He quickly determined the door ding on my Avalon wasn't down to the primer as I feared and removed the other car's "contact" paint with rubbing compound. Then he made an appointment to have the dent removed. After that was done you could never tell there was ever a ding ony new car! He's awesome!!! More
