Came up here for an oil change and got pulled to the side by service technician telling me that I shouldn’t be bringing my car up here because I have an ex-boyfriend that works here and apparently it’s makin by service technician telling me that I shouldn’t be bringing my car up here because I have an ex-boyfriend that works here and apparently it’s making it difficult for him by being in the same building as him. Was told that I need to grow up and take my service elsewhere because he doesn’t want an ex having an oil change at the dealership he works at. Had some problems with the work not getting done last week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the sho week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the shop early Wednesday morning, used the courtesy driver to bring me home and to bring me back when the work was complete. We want to thank Rusty Drewing service department for their fantastic service. Our 2017 Chevy Volt has been inoperable since January and we were told by another local dealer at that time that the necessa their fantastic service. Our 2017 Chevy Volt has been inoperable since January and we were told by another local dealer at that time that the necessary part was unavailable in the United States and they did not know when they could get it. We faced several other problems with the first dealer, and we finally took the car to Jefferson City to Rusty Drewing’s service department. We were willing to leave our car for as long as necessary to get it repaired. Imagine our happy surprise when it was repaired on the day of the appointment and completely under warranty!
