So disappointed. Bought my new GMC Acadia almost a year ago. It was missing chips for heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and parking assist. Got the chips Bought my new GMC Acadia almost a year ago. It was missing chips for heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and parking assist. Got the chips for the seats but STILL WAITING on the others. No Parking Assist?!?!? All I keep being told is 'Sorry about that'. So now if I want to trade this in it will be worth far less without Park Assist?!?!? Not to mention I paid for and WANT park assist. The new vehicles on the lot have all of their chips. Why am I still waiting? Honestly, have no other issues with Rusty Drewing. Just want what I paid for and was promised. More

This dealership definitely screwed us on our car. I paid way too much for my car, then brought it back because it had problems and then wouldn’t even fix it because those were “wear and tear” problem I paid way too much for my car, then brought it back because it had problems and then wouldn’t even fix it because those were “wear and tear” problems even though that’s how I bought the car. We bought it close to 4 and they were rushing us out. I overpaid for this piece of xxxx and I’m literally so upset. I’m in a hole with this car now because of them. Never again. More
