The financial officer did not explain fully the GAP, I have not been able to get him to call me back after he said he would cancel the GAP immediately, still waiting to hear from him. There were things that I was not made aware of, like NO key code card for remote lock, should have made sure they provided that before I signed. There were other things like the cable broken on the inside rear view mirror that was impossible to see until feeling under the mirror. I should have made sure I received a second FOB for the keys but I suppose that's my failure. I just didn't make sure that was done. I will probably not purchase another vehicle from Rusty Drewing in Jefferson City, MO. More
