Replace bulbs for AC, Mode, Rear Defroster buttons on dashbo Bryan Trevino was very professional and personable in keeping me updated on the status of the repair work. BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I pulled up to the dealer a little after 5pm needing a headlight bulb and even though it was the end of the day, and I didn't have an appointment, the I pulled up to the dealer a little after 5pm needing a headlight bulb and even though it was the end of the day, and I didn't have an appointment, they took me right in, took me to the parts counter to buy the part and put installed it right away while I waited. Ryan at the parts counter was very friendly and helpful and Daniel, my service advisor, Daniel, was very helpful and quick. Thank you so much for all your help and for not turning me away even though i came so late in the day. Y'all are the BEST!!! More

Going back a 2nd and 3rd time for major repairs We are very dissatisfied with the mechanics, apparently they do not know what excellent service is. We moved from Miami Fl, 2 years ago, we serviced We are very dissatisfied with the mechanics, apparently they do not know what excellent service is. We moved from Miami Fl, 2 years ago, we serviced our two Hondas at Brahman Honda, a major dealer in Miami, and in 12 years of taking our vehicles there for service, not once we had to go back a 2nd time for something that they had done wrong. At Russell and Smith, it has happen to us twice in two major maintenance repairs, oil leaks, and replacing the front axel on our Odyssey 2002, These two repairs we are talking about $1500 for both. I would not recommend their service. More

Great Customer Service I purchased new windshield wipers for my CR-V & asked Alex Martinez if someone would install them for me. In less then 10 minutes, he had them instal I purchased new windshield wipers for my CR-V & asked Alex Martinez if someone would install them for me. In less then 10 minutes, he had them installed for me & I was on my way. He was so nice & treated me as if I had bought a new car even though I had only spent $18. What a wonderful service advisor. My service adviser Stephen Gonzalez I bought my Civic Si at Russell and Smith new in 2002 and have been bringing it here for service all these years. My service adviser Stephen Gonzalez has always treated me like family, not like a customer. He's always friendly and helpful and I trust that when he tells me there is other work needed on my vehicle than what I brought it in for, that he's not just trying to sell me something I don't need. The technicians are all very good at what they do, and I trust that my car is in good shape every time I leave the dealership. They have always gotten my vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. Thank you to all the people at Russell & Smith who take care of my vehicle and treat me right! More
