They use all the basic ploys, for which you should be prepared before you go in. I have numerous instances after 4 years of ownership, but today's example: If you go in for just an oil change and rotation (i.e., less than $100), be ready for the old 'nail in the sidewall' routine. This has happened to me twice now when my estimate was under $100. A nail in the sidewall of the tire means it cant be patched; it must be replaced for about $190. They sure have a keen ability to uncover those nails when your bill is going to be cheap. Thank you, Russell & Smith--if it weren't for your crack team of technicians, half the Honda drivers in Houston might be driving around with deadly nails in their sidewalls! As I was checking out, I heard the service advisor next to mine tell his customer that he also had a nail on his sidewall!! Amazing... Its always a drag going in for service here because you know they're going to try to drive the cost up however they can. That said, the quality of work is acceptable; They tend to do things correctly and as promised. Keep in mind that the service advisors are under heavy pressure to drive up repair costs--It's the management that sets this policy. More

On their check in sheet, it was clear that the damage wasn’t there prior. I know the damage wasn’t there and I don’t like being lied to. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! More

Cannot trust their service department. You might like this dealership if you don't have any problems with a car. But if your 1 month old car has a problem and you have to deal with service You might like this dealership if you don't have any problems with a car. But if your 1 month old car has a problem and you have to deal with service department it is Nightmare! They promise to call you back, but they never do. I left my car there at 7;30 am , now is 7pm and I tried to call them 5-6 times and still don't now anything about my car. Seems like no one is responsible for anything. I always liked Honda and bought two cars from this dealership this year. It was a big mistake. BTW they provide shuttle only one way. Other dealerships do both. I have problem with AC and they say they don't check it on Saturday, so I made an appointment on Friday morning so, I am staying without my car this weekend and without any idea when I will get it back. BTW they also don't give you a car for rent. Too complicated and so disappointed. Never will buy any cars from them and will recommend people to find another place to buy a car. More
