Horrible Service Experience I had an absolutely terrible experience getting my minivan serviced a few months ago. After paying over $2,000 for repairs and returning it once beca I had an absolutely terrible experience getting my minivan serviced a few months ago. After paying over $2,000 for repairs and returning it once because they failed to fix the broken tail light, I then had to pay another $380 to replace shock absorbers that had been working perfectly before the "service." (According to my RS service advisor, shock absorbers sometimes "lock" when the car is put up on the lift?!?! I had never heard that before!) The service manager finally begrudgingly agreed to provide me a loaner car and charge me RS cost for the shock absorber repairs, but she could not have been ruder about it. Now that the weather is getting warmer, it is also apparent they damaged the A/C system when they replaced the Air Mix motor. I absolutely do not want to take my car back to Russell and Smith. In looking over the receipts as I get ready to take it in elsewhere to have the A/C looked at, I am realizing that what the service advisor wrote in the notes is not what I he told me over the phone. According to his notes, I declined multiple repairs when, in fact, I only declined one, and I only declined it because the service representative said it was something that could easily wait. I am not sure whether the service department at Russell and Smith is incompetent, dishonest, or both. When you are a mom driving an 10-year-old minivan, I think they assume they can take advantage. You need your vehicle as soon as you can get it, which makes you much less likely to argue and insist that everything be done the way it should. I know I will never go back to the service department. Nor will I look there when I buy a new car at the end of this year. More
Slow and unresponsive I bought a Accord in 2011 here and I have never seen such mediocrity in a sales/service facility. Calling ahead does not result in help. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Stolen sunglasses/didn't fix my car I went to Russell and Smith Honda when my brand new 2016 Pilot's breaks started squeaking. They said all they could do was lube them up, so I left my I went to Russell and Smith Honda when my brand new 2016 Pilot's breaks started squeaking. They said all they could do was lube them up, so I left my car, and came back for it a few hours later. Later on that day, I went to get my $200 rayban sunglasses from the center console only to discover that they had been stolen. The person took the sunglasses, but left the case so I hadn't noticed. I called at least 10 times, left messages on the service manager's answering machine, and never got a response! And what's worse, my breaks still squeak!! It was as though they had done nothing to my car other than open it up to steal from me. I was unable to get back down there as I had a newborn at the time, and by the 10th call, it was pretty obvious they had no intention of doing anything about it anyway. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

NOT COMPETITIVE - And does nothing to fix it. Quoted $4,165 to replace an Oil Pump, O-Rings, Oil Seal, Timing Belt, and Water Pump. They want to charge duplicate labor, when all of these components are housed near each other. A competing HONDA Dealership quoted me $1,860, which was for the Exact Same Repair. I even questioned the adviser on it after providing quotes back and he's just "following what the system is telling him." Russell and Smith won't address the problem (an inflated quote), or even investigate it further. You lost a customer Russell & Smith - won't consider you for purchasing car or future service. More
Horrible Experience!!!!! I'm so upset. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over 2 weeks now. I took my car to their service department, told them exactly what the issue I'm so upset. They were supposed to order the parts and I was going to drop my vehicle back off to them once the parts arrived. I then received a call letting me know that they were not going to order the parts because they were going to do an update instead. I told them that would not fix my issue but was willing to give it a try. I dropped my car back off to them picked it up next day there was scratches on my driver door like someone had keyed my vehicle i was told be the service adviser Gonzalez- that they were not responsible because he has the area marked on his paper. I know for a fact that those marks were not on my vehicle at the time of drop off. Also my speaker is still rattling and making noise and my Bluetooth is still not working properly. This is a 2016 Honda that I just bought. I have asked to speak with the Service director 4 times and instead I keep getting put on hold or told he is unavailable. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. I will be calling the BBB and whoever else I can call about Russell and Smith Service department and how I am being treated. They make sure and take you money if anything else but don't do what is right. The the problems that I brought my vehicle in for is still an issue plus now my vehicle has key markings on the door and expect me to pay them to fix that!!!! More

I recently went to Russell & Smith Honda Dealership Monday to make a police report because my airbags, hood cap on my rim and a piece on my shift gear I recently went to Russell & Smith Honda Dealership Monday to make a police report because my airbags, hood cap on my rim and a piece on my shift gear was stolen out of my vehicle last Monday. My vehicle was vandalized six months ago someone in my apartment complex keyed my vehicle, dented my bumper and also missed up my engine. I made a police report about the incident that occurred to my vehicle and made a report to my insurance company. After I made report with my insurance company I had my vehicle towed to Russell & Smith Honda Auto Collision. Russell and Smith Auto Collision gave me and my insurance company a quote on my vehicle, and the insurance company said they will pay for the damages on my vehicle. Russell & Smith Auto Collision had my vehicle towed to Russell & Smith Honda dealership to get my engine fixed first. Russell & Smith dealership quoted me 11,000 to get my engine fixed. A month later my insurance company called me and said they will not cover my engine only the body work. So I have been going through a legal battle with the insurance company about my engine. Long story short I find a body shop that would charge me a cheaper price to put my engine in my car. I paid out of pocket to get my engine fixed. I had my tow truck driver to come and pick up my vehicle at Russell and Smith honda dealership and he noticed my airbags fog light and hood cap on my rim was missing. I contact Russell & Smith Honda Dealership about my situation and I just got the runaround from the manager Desiree Abbott-Burba. I made a police report the same day. The next day Desiree-Abbott-Burba contacts me and tells me she would replace my airbags and the other missing objects that were taking off of my vehicle. So I go to Russell & Smith Honda Dealership and the other manager Alvin Blaker said he would replace them but he would not replace the other objects that was missing on my vehicle. He also was very rude, unprofessional, and combative about the situation. So I asked why would he only fixed half of the damages that they did to my vehicle and he said he does not know if his people did the damages to the fog light, hood cap of my rim or the shift gear piece. I told him I would have the police come by and speak with him and collect the video of the property. Alvin Blaker went completely crazy and told me he would not fix anything on my car and told me to leave his office. So if anybody went to Russell & Smith Honda Dealership to get their airbags replace on their vehicle because of the recall on Honda’s airbags you probably has my used airbags. Russell & Smith Honda Dealership stole my airbags and put them in someone else vehicle. More

He took care of it then called with good news later. Then karime called and from the time I heard her voice we became friends. She gave me a lot to think about and so I brought a friend and she made me feel like getting a new car was the way to go. She showed me several cars based on color and took her time answering all the important questions just right. Kareme has a lovely demeaner and buy the time she answered all of my questions I new a new car was a great idea. I cannot speak more highly of her professional approach to the entire process. At one point she was passing paperwork to anthony matt from sevice came over to say hi and ask if I was getting a new car. How sweet. What a gem he is!! Too !! Then we moved on to anthony in credit who was just so funny. Anthony went thru all the paperwork with such throughness and humor too. I can not say enough good things about my experience. From Matt in service to Karime in sales to anthony in credit and all the nice people I encountered along the whole experience it was just great. This is my 3rd care Rom Russell Smith. A 65 mustang, a civic in 2008 and now my new one. I also made sure I brought my 2008 civic to your service department every time the car said to. The wrench light came on and I was there. Thank you again for Karime's call. Made my day!!!!!? More
