Mr. Zee Usmani and his manager (I forgot his name) helped me and my cousin a lot to choose the best option and Financing it. I moved to Austin last year but I’m still going for my car service to this RSHonda. Everybodyb is good in this service center but there is always a favorite person for costumer Service! For me is a cool guy! His name is Parham Payrovi, this energetic, patient guy is serving you more a Service Advisor! I felt that he cares about me and my car like a close it’s his car too and I’m his brother! He had been my Service Advisor two times and he always gave me an accurate estimation time of waiting to get my car fixed so I could fix my schedule based on that and use that time for doing my other stuffs! You can ask any question from him about your car, he would suggest the best and affordable option to you! Tbh he should teach his way of serving to yunger and new workers then your company will have more like this person in your big family! Thanks again! More

Great care and service! I showed up with no appointment on Saturday morning after having a blowout due to a pothole Friday night. Drew and Daphne took great care of me, and I showed up with no appointment on Saturday morning after having a blowout due to a pothole Friday night. Drew and Daphne took great care of me, and in addition to replacing the tire, they verified the wheel and suspension were not damaged, addressed a recall notice, and performed regular maintenance that was coming due.
