Excellent Customer Service I would like to thank Mike Mendenhill, this matter is finally resolved. I have been trying to get this matter resolved several times with no resolutio I would like to thank Mike Mendenhill, this matter is finally resolved. I have been trying to get this matter resolved several times with no resolution. I started experiencing this problem in March 2018, I was upset, I just purchased this car in October 2017, I was getting the run around about this problem. I was told they were ordering a part for my car, I did not hear from anyone about this part. I had to contact Misty about this problem, she was great, that's when I received a call on April 09, stating the part was in. I went to Honda they said, I didn't need a part. The light came back on in November, at this point I was done with Honda. I decided my next vehicle will be purchased somewhere else. Mike changed this bad experience into a great experience. He explained everything to me about my car, I did need a part for my car, that's what I was told at the beginning. What was so hard for this matter to be resolved. Thank you, Mike for everything. My problem is finally resolved thanks to you. More

Happy customer I was there during my lunch for some repairs to get done. I was supposed to get a rental car and it took me almost 2 hrs to get one. I was very very upset, but thanks to the sales manager Ammar Sheikh that saw my frustration on my face, he was the only one that seems to be concerned about my issue. I try to talk to the service manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. That was very rude of him to say that, when I know that he was not busy at all. I just wanted to say that you should have more friendly staff like Ammar Sheikh working there in your company. Also, Mr. Rene was very nice to me. More
