I had a small, but significant auto part break and needed replacement. It was so busy, I was sure I would need to come back another day while I was waiting for a representative to talk to. A man named Steve saw me waiting while the representative was tied up on the computer. In minutes, he got me set up for the part replacement and I came back to get the car later in the day. I'm a doctor working in a very busy environment. My staff could learn a lot about customer service from Steve and his personality taking care of individuals needs and showing them concern and respect. More
