Excellent Customer Service I've been a customer of Russell & Smith Honda since 2011,. This place is like the second home for my 2 CR-Vs. Everyone working on this dealership, I've been a customer of Russell & Smith Honda since 2011,. This place is like the second home for my 2 CR-Vs. Everyone working on this dealership, sales or service, is pleasant, welcoming, courteous , helpful and efficient, so every time that I will go there, I don't have a preference, because I know that I will receive a very good service regardless, until this amazing experience recently. I had an unplanned visit one Saturday afternoon, because my car's shift lever broke. I was so stressed and worried that my car issue won't be taken care of because of the time but surprisingly, the knob got replaced quickly and I was out in 45 minutes. Thanks to Parham Payrovi's outstanding and exemplary customer service. He went above and beyond the boundaries of his job that day and exceeded my expectation. Parham aka Alex is a socially intelligent person in my perspective. He is very attentive and proactive too, as he knows and anticipates the needs of his customers. You won''t look for him to ask questions on the status of your vehicle; you'll be amazed he'll find you wherever you are to give updates and assurance.
