Excellent Customer Service Excellent experience. I made my appointment online. I got 2 different reminders prior the visit. Once in the dealership I had to wait less than 5 mi Excellent experience. I made my appointment online. I got 2 different reminders prior the visit. Once in the dealership I had to wait less than 5 min to someone come and take my car and all the details of my service. I also did the Texas State Inspection and they gave me all the options recommended for the service with their cost upfront. I waited in the dealership where the accommodations are really good, with plenty space and coaches to sit in, coffee and vending machines. The whole service and inspection which included oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection, texas state inspection and change and service battery (they found it was almost dead) it took around 2 hours and a half from getting out of the car to get back in. More
