I made appointment yesterday to check the parts availability then B.J. assist me from that point on. Today when I arrived at appointment time , soon he greeted me with a big smile, he explained th availability then B.J. assist me from that point on. Before the repair wrapped up, he provides a list of job needs my attention. I wasn’t planning to spend that money and also I’m still 2000 miles away, so I still have time to plan. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This was the most unprofessional, worst experience of my life when dealing with car issues. My brand new car 2024 Honda Prolgoue (I only had it for 2 This was the most unprofessional, worst experience of my life when dealing with car issues. My brand new car 2024 Honda Prolgoue (I only had it for 2 weeks at this point). It was taken here after the tire slid off of the rim/wheel. The tire was not flat, it slid off, like a rubber band off of a seal, clean. The Tire sensor did not go off, as soon as I heard something I pulled over and called roadside assistance. I had to use the road side assistance service that comes with the car through AAA. AAA while loading the car, dropped the car and it rolled through the parking lot on that wheel quite a bit almost hitting a parked vehicle. This dealership kept my car for 10 days or so, for a tire and wheel problem. They didn’t look at it for days and kept sitting on it before anything was even done. My car was taken there on a Saturday morning 11/2 and I didn’t get it back until 11/12 evening. The technician would tell me a different story and then tell Honda customer relations another. I called several times with them putting me on hold and hanging up on me. Being on hold for 30 minutes at a time. It was shady, and I felt so disrespected. Not only that, I had to pay out of pocket for everything. I was raised on Hondas, and I will never purchase one again based on this experience alone. They didn’t loan me a loaner either, wanted me to pay out of pocket for a rental for something that wasn’t even my fault, and especially with them lingering on working on it. It was a horror story. Even now, Honda customer relations is avoiding talking to me and will not escalate because they’re covering their butts. There was something faulty with the installation of this tire/wheel. With this dealership I’m complaining specifically about the service department. I did not purchase my car from this dealership. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unheard in my life. Will never go here for anything and would advise others to do the same. More
